Worst customer service. The female representative I encountered had a horrible attitude and was not customer service forward. They acted like they were ready to fight when I asked a question about their procedures. Very unhelpful, would have appreciated if they stated that they didn't know instead of give me the wrong answer. I will be going to another ups from now on.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this UPS store. Our passports were mis-sorted and ended up in East Coast Philadelphia instead of Los Angeles, causing us to miss the Canadian visa stamping deadline. The staff's lack of concern and failure to expedite the shipment to LA or back to me once they discovered the error was frustrating. The whole process was poorly handled, and the time wasted at the store seeking information was unacceptable. To add to the frustration, they didn't even refund my money. A complete let down and I wouldn't recommend their services.

I came here to pick up a package that I missed the delivery of by Amazon. I came about four days after missing the delivery and they had my package. The two employees that were working. There were very nice and professional and we’re very helpful with everything.

Love this UPS store they're quick, pleasant and they have several young kids that work there that don't stand around talking, giggling and ignoring you.

I shipped a piece of paper from US to Nigeria with this store on a Tuesday using an Express Saver delivery and I strictly continuously asked how long the delivery will take considering the urgency required and the lady who keyed in the information responded each time it will take 2 days. Paid $198 for the service. Got the tracking number. 2 days later when tracked, delivery shows estimated arrival to be Tuesday End of day which means 5 business days. I called the store to understand why the change in information and they said it takes 2 to 5 business days but that was not what I was told when I was there. I guess they didn't say 2 to 5 business days because of the possibility of trying other places like DHL or Fedex especially with such high price.Bottomline is they are unreliable.

Store is convenient but sometimes the UPS driver says they attempted to deliver a package but they didn't. I was home all day.

Came here to have something notarized for our car to get a cheaper monthly payment. First time we went the lady who does it signed the wrong year. Ok fine, so I leave work to go again and miss an hour because she only works 11-4. So I'm already annoyed but at least now it's done right? Nope. She messed it up again and had put the wrong day. So we had to go back again today to fix it. I guess 3rd times the charm. Absolutely insane, it would be cool if you had people that actually knew what they were doing. I'll go elsewhere to get things notarized and pay more. At least they'll do it right the FIRST time, not the THIRD.

There was a fair line upon my arrival about 10 minutes before closing time, and they handled everyone efficiently and effectively. Glad to have this service close to my house

WOW. The girl in front responded to my discomfort about being charged $1.75 a page for a fax when I was not informed of the price ahead of time. She said ' I don't really care"I went in another girl faxed my things for me. She took a laminated paper and put it in front of me she said it's a $1.95 for the email and then 22 cents each. So I assumed that was the price. It went from 22 cents a page to $1.75. when I complained that she put the wrong thing in front of me the manager basically said I don't care... I'm calling you ups and never ever ever again will I ever go to the store or recommend anybody at this particular store. I use UPS all the time and this is totally uncalled for awful horrible customer service

Shirene (sp?) manages this location at North 19th Ave in Phx. exceptionally well. She came up with solutions to a shipping conundrum I had; offered to connect me with others who could help when she couldn’t, and ultimately made it happen smoothly. She directed staff like a pro on the operation even as she made sure all the other customers were attended to without having to wait. And she was all over quality control! I rarely write reviews but seeing her in action was a sight to behold. In less than an hour, they got 20 large cartons to the registers, rung up, and out the door!

Not professional when they don't accept drop off prepaid label packages.So far more than three times they denied the items. Not sure why they do that.

Racist. Went inside and was waiting. Only one clerk was working and was with a customer. A white man walks in and the other clerk decides to finally come out and assist the white man despite me being the next customer.

Update: I called today and learned about a miscommunication. I was NOT graceful. Matter of fact, I was a straight "A"-hole. The man on the phone was calm and provided master class in patience. This allowed me to realize how much of a j*** I was being and unloading ALL my frustration. I cannot recall his name but he is TOP-NOTCH!

I sent a package a few days ago and bought a box, and printed out labels. The box was $4, kind of expensive for a box, but i needed it so I paid. TWO DAYS later I went and the same box was $8....and the girl helping me put a couple plastic bags in the box saying they were free, and when I went to pay, she charged me for them, and the labels I they printed out were $1 more. I left with just the labels. Shame on you
