Older gentleman white hair was rude and unhelpful. Very curt and cranky. Wouldn’t accept my Amazon return and was trying to get me to purchase an additional box other than the one it came in from Amazon! I tried to explain to him that I was sending it back exactly how Amazon shipped it to me in the original box. He wouldn’t hear of it. As if I would lie about something as mundane as the stupid shipping box from Amazon. He said no I wasn’t allowed to do ship it back in the box they sent it to me in and he couldn’t prove that I was telling the truth about it being the same box. Personally, I think he just wanted me to buy more packaging. Is there some special box commission I’m unaware of? Came back and interacted with another lady who was very polite and helpful and did not make me purchase another box. I don’t understand why this was an issue. Amazon gave instructions to remove labels that I followed. If I had used a different box instead of the one that Amazon had sent it in that one wouldn’t have had Amazon labels either so would he not have accepted that one?

Always efficient and friendly. Large and clean store, great staff and management.
We had a mailbox there that we used for our business and when we moved, George let us know when we had mail to be forwarded.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Kaden at USPS for providing truly outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure my package was processed quickly and correctly, even taking the time to answer a few questions I had about shipping options. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and takes pride in his work. It’s not often you come across someone with that kind of attitude these days, and it made my day a whole lot easier. Thank you, Kaden, for your excellent service!
