Posted time of operation shows they open at 8am on weekdays. 8:15 am on a Thursday 7/17, the store is still closed. I wonder if the Owner of this store cares that they are losing money by not abiding by their time of operation....SMH!

Worst customer service!!!! They have no manager on duty and the owner is no where to be found. I can't believe UPS allows this franchise. I ship packages all the time for work and have been to many other UPS stores; and this one is the worst. I would recommend going to another store near by.

Shockingly Rude and Incompetent Staff at this UPS Location - Two Horrible Experiences (Zero Stars If Possible) - Would Never Return
My first incident involved getting fingerprints done, where a rude and incompetent employee blamed me for the machine's failure instead of doing his job properly. Thankfully, another employee had to step in and actually help.
This second time, I was attempting a simple return, and the employee was again incredibly rude and dismissive. He clearly prioritized his conversation with another employee over assisting me, making me wait while they chatted. Then, when it came time to scan the QR code on my phone, he couldn't get it to work and immediately blamed me, insisting my phone brightness wasn't high enough, even though it was turned all the way up! It's astounding how consistently rude and unhelpful the staff at this location are. Both experiences have been unbelievably horrible, highlighting a pattern of incompetence and a complete disregard for customer service. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. UPS management seriously needs to overhaul the staffing at this location with individuals who are properly trained, willing to do their jobs, and understand basic courtesy. I would never, ever return to this UPS location and will actively advise others to avoid it at all costs.

I usually have positive experiences at this store, but the owner should be aware that the store was not opened today by the posted hour of 9:00--the clerk was nearly fifteen minutes late with about four of us waiting outside. This is not the first time this has happened.

Always go to this Store - Grear Staff.
I live near here and have gone here for years. Was in today and was in and out real quick. The employee (Edward) was great and tooo care of what I needed done with a smile and thank you. #teamedward
