I normally go to the girl with blue hair and that girl is wonderfull but she was busy so I got helped by this girl named Josie and she was very rude and acted like she didn't want to be there or help me I was asking question and she kept getting very aggravated I come her every week and do buisness every other time service has been wonderfull but she made this experience very unpleasant she obviously need alot more training before you let her help your customers

If there was a zero rating I would click on that. This is the 3rd time that I have gone to this store, Which I don't go to very often and it was supposed to be open and someone inside saying they cannot open the front door, that makes no sense to me at all ,I left and wenttoanotherstore. . This time when I came a couple of days ago. The store was open when I got there . The girl was not very helpful at all. I could not get the email sent to the store to print a shipping label. I've never had this problem before at any other UPS store, only hereThen they charge 5.00 to print it. Ridiculous. I never got my label printed and went to another ups store where it was printed right away. It was only 2.50 at the other ups store. I will NEVER go to this location again.

I'll drive a bit further to go to a different UPS Store. The only employee in the store (4:30pm) was rude and condescending to me; void of any welcoming personality or kindness. The line was 8-10 people deep and she yelled out to everyone. No thanks!

Employee said they were unable to print a return shipping label with their system. I have done this before at this location, and it's the only way I can send these particular documents is with a return shipping label sent with them.

The UPS store worker was by themselves and clearly INJURED and not able to work comfortably. There wasn't even another employee to help them out. This person was in pain and broke out in a sweat. I don't know the circumstances of why they were at work but it seemed cruel to me.

Came in today (first time here) first thing I notice was the cleanliness. Josie was very polite and resourceful. Didn’t have to wait . In and out quicker than I came in !! AMAZINGGG will be back !

I had a scheduled appointment to get my fingerprints done at this UPS store at 8:30 AM, but when I arrived at 8:20 AM, the store was still closed. There was no indication as to why the store wasn't open at its scheduled time. I waited until 8:45 AM, but no one ever showed up. As a result, I’ll have to reschedule my appointment and pay additional fees. I'm very disappointed in the unprofessional behavior of the UPS store employees and their lack of adherence to their scheduled hours.

Worthless location if you're trying to do anything in the morning. Had a fingerprint appointment at 8:40am trying to squeeze it in before work. Sign says they open at 8am yet nobody is here, currently 8:52am, fantastic waste of time.
