I am writing a review about tracking number 686675570. Our shipment arrived in phoenix as follows:Phoenix, AZ 5/18/2023 12:35 AM SHIPMENT HAS ARRIVED AT A SERVICE CENTER. 513088 UPGZYou have had our shipment of hardwood material for over 3 weeks. First you would not deliver, Then you told me you would deliver, and it would be on a trailer that would be dropped on location. Now the reason you are giving me is that YOU lost the order. We just need it delivered to Prescott AZ.

Was supposed to have a package teusday the 28th now, they scheduled a delivery over the phone for 10am to 2 pm today now they are saying it will not be delivered until the 4th of april. This is unacceptable, it is your job to fulfill the contracts you take on. If you can not deliver to an address then you should not have accepted delivery of a package too said address. My lawyers have already started paperwork. Packages worth thousands of dollars are not ok to be delivered at your discretion. Will no longer be using any ups services. Just as bad as fedex now.

TForce taking over UPS is horrible. They attempted multiple deliveries without scheduling. We have specific delivery windows so I told them we'd pick the order up instead. We can't pick up the order because they keep putting it on a truck for delivery. Today is the 4th time they tried to deliver and we had to turn them away again Nobody answers the phone and it's obvious they don't communicate with each other. I've been working in logistics for decades and I've never experienced so many failures from one company in a span of less than two weeks.1. Don't read the notes and call to schedule2. Don't stage the order for pickup when told it'll be picked up instead.3. Keeps trying to deliver the order so if it's on a truck, we can't pick it up.4. Provided a phone number for call back that nobody answers, but they confirmed it's their number.5. Called main number multiple times to be transferred to Phoenix office, only to have nobody answer.

The Tom boy clerk is so rude. She completely lied to me about a pick up time an had me wait even longer a few days .just after 2 weeks because of being misinformed by her and my enough effort

I only deal with the dock drop off side. But every time i do, it takes a while, and i have to go back up to remind them in all waiting.

so ups/tforce doesnt seem to get it they park theyre trls on 55th ave as its theyre own property and makes it harder for everyone else to get in or out of the other businesses.. the street is too narrow for dropped trailers to be on it.

UPS is usually very reliable but the freight division is terrible. They had my package for 3 weeks and never called me to schedule delivery.I had to go to their office to schedule with someone in person because they wouldn't answer the phone. They no showed on the delivery date and then transferred my package to another company.I received my package a month late. The experience was a nightmare. I was in disbelief when I finally received it.

Tried reaching their dispatch team multiple times with little success. Finally got through set up an appointment and no showed up. Honestly extremely unprofessional. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

This terminal is now called "T-Force Freight".I have a huge complaint about a driver that showed up for a pickup. We have 1.5 acres of land out in the country in Maricopa that we do business on. We have freight pickups and drop offs every single day with the largest semi's on the road. Your driver parked his commuter pickup truck on street on the opposite side of our property than we needed, and then refused to move his truck to our loading area. We have a specific slab of concrete as a "loading dock" to pick up crates and he would not come to that area to get the cargo. He wanted us to drag our 200lb 6 foot long crate 1/2 acre across our property into the street, and then drag it in the street (45 mph traffic) to the backside of his trailer. We have never in 7 years had a licensed CDL driver say that they would not come to our loading doc to pick up our crates. TForce has also been here several other times without problem, but this particular driver refused to back up his truck saying it was "on our personal property" and that he couldn't back his truck up. There is a 50 ft clearance on the drive, and enough room for him to completely turn around unobstructed on our property! He wasn’t willing to even back his truck up to the front of drive to make his own idea easier. He laughed at us, and smirked at us while we were asking him to be flexible and so my husband had words with him. We asked for a different driver who was a more confident driver to come out, and instead his ego got wounded and he repeatedly had his dispatcher “Jonathan” cancel our pickups 3 days in a row. This is unacceptable, and immature, and I believe this should be addressed. This kid should not be driving, he’s going to cause a major accident. I’ve left several messages for the operations manager and no one is willing to deal with it. We now have T-force labeled “do not book” with our freight broker.

This place its a joke, when you arrive at front desk, theres like 6 people just sitting there and no one even have the courtesy to say hi, actually theres no one responsable for the lobby. After 3 minutes standing there i have to say “hi” out loud for someone to help me out. Theres no phone number to contact nobody neither. I will never place an order again with these guys.
