Went to ship a 2 lb package to Colorado. The person at the counter told me the cheapest it could be shipped was $85.00 for ground and it would arrive on Thursday at the earliest. Mind you this is only Monday. So I took the package home went to the UPS site the total cost for shipping of the website was $19.96. This was good for up to 6 lbs . So I did it through the website and printed the label out . Took it back and it will arrive on Wednesday. This place is a total rip off make sure you use the website and print code or label of before even going !!!!!!!

IM rating a 2 for now because this one bad issue so ADRIANA is the workers name I been going to this USPS for a while not ever had a issue til today the workers I've worked with all nice friendly and very understanding but today I met Adriana it was close to closing and I believe because she already had about 4 people in there she rushed to lock the door so no one else would come in and take up more time I know for a fact that the door was closed and locked before 5:00 so I'm standing there I wait about 5 mins before she comes open the door I asked if she could do a print out that is ALL I needed she told me no I can not we are closed I told her but I was here and the door was locked before 5 she claims because she already had people in there so she had to lock it to get them out the way, like what that is just LAZY if the place doesn't close you should not lock the doors until EXACT closing time then she said well we're open tomorrow, soo rude and unprofessional ADRIANA you need a new job asap this was not a pleasant visit today at all just plain out rude and laziness

Went in today may 31,2025 around 2:00pm.and they work closed and supposed to closed at 5:00 they say that they were closed buz they we're in a meeting, I think they should have their meeting after they closed not during business hours

Today 11:36 Saturday 3/22/25.it says that Saturday’s is not busy and I call to ask for a package,and they put me on hold!It took to long so I just hung up the phone.sad sad sad,so whoever was answering the call that day.Boss should talk to him

Went to drop off a Amazon return. I had already printed off label, put return item in the box and came to this location to drop off. They proceeded to charge me .54 cents to put I tiny peice of tape across the box to close it up. So damn petty

This UPS store has really gone downhill and look run down. Half of the lights are not working. Half of the furniture is gone. The employees are playing rap music from their cell phones. They did provide courteous service thou. They are also little gnats flying around the store. This location used to be much nicer. I'm not sure why it is so run down now.
