I went in and the lady working there had her grandson there age about 5 in everybody's way touching everything slowing down service big line instead of helping customers it was like babysitting I won't be returning very disappointed š how is this allowed 3pm Friday August 1st 2025

Standard issue UPS store location, I've used them previously for dropping off packages for an online business to good success, items usually get shipped out same day which is good, my only real complaint is that the store gets backed up and sometimes you'll have to wait even if you're just dropping off already labeled package.
Employees are friendly

I sent a package that was supposed to stay here in Phoenix, but it ended up being sent to California. When I called the office for guidanceāsince the document sent is extremely important and very difficult to obtain againāthe people who answered the phone were not helpful. In fact, after several attempts to call, they chose to take the phone line offline. All one needs is proper guidance and for the staff working there to take their job seriously.
When someone uses a mailing service, they trust that the process will be carried out as requested and with empathy from those working in customer service.

Came to do an amazon return didn't know they had a self service machine .I waited patiently to be helped . Was helped by Stephanie who was very rude. Stephanie needs to work on her customer service skills . From the looks of it I'm not the only one who had had a bad experience from the lady.

Came in today for a simple Amazon return and was refused service because it was not packaged in the original Amazon box it came in. Confirmed with Amazon I was not required to do so. Simply bring it in, scan the Qr and go. (Amazon stated it didnāt even need to be packaged that the ups store should do this) The woman I spoke with says sheās the owner of the franchise location, elderly lady. Either sheās cashing in on you repackaging for her and then amazon paying her for the service or sheās not well versed on her own business. Concerning to say the least on both ends. Use another store.

This location is horrible. The employees are very rude and lazy. A customer behind me had an amazon package and they told him to use the self scanner, he said he would rather wait for them and they got mad about that. They do not greet customers when they walk in or when they approach the counter, they do not smile, do not ask politely what they can help customers with, and do not thank customers. Customer service at this location is simply horrible.

ONLY IN LAVEENā¦ā¦ first off, I pulled up to the parking lost and saw a horrible BBL. I had my āMake Butts Real Againā shirt on and her gave a sad eye roll. Anyway, I came inside ( not like that ) the store and the nice light skinned latina tried to charge me $250.00 for a label print ššš, black girl with a English accent was bloody talking (I couldnāt understand her). The conversation about BBLās was funny. But in all realness they were good and the service was great. Even in laveen this location gives me hopeā¦. Nvm, I just heard gun shots and a witnessed a homeless person trying to break into a car.

Stephanie at this location is horrible. We have been to this location 3 times and she has been the one at the counter. And every time she has been very rude. Today a man infront on me was returning a shirt that was not in a bag and she put it in a bag for him. I was next with my return she said I needed to buy a bag from her. ( she gave the man a free bag) so I went to my truck for a small paper bag and put my return in it. I went back in the store and again there was someone in front of me in line. Stephanie gave the woman a bag to put her return in (for free) then when it was my turn she told me my bag was not going to work. I was very nice to her the whole time which she didn't deserve. I will never go back and will recommend To everyone I know to never go to this location. One time is ok everyone has a bad day 2 times maybe but three times not. She is just a horrible personality. I left and went to the 24th street and baseline location. They were very nice and and did my return for me. 5 miles worth the better customer service.

Worse customer service from a male there, they want to charge people for tape, I come from Florida we donāt pay for tape and argue with customers over it, thanks for a girl there that was super helpful, she packed it with the label. Will never return there.
