I love coming to this UPS store. I will drive from Tolleson to receive service from Lucy! Today she had a well deserved day off so I was helped by Mani & Josh! 5 stars!! more if I could!!

Extremely Rude & Suspicious Behavior by staff.I’m concerned that this staff member refused to give a receipt for this Amazon drop off.During the same visit we dropped off multiple items that all shipped separately. I got receipts for all items except for one!When it’s time to hand over the high value shipment which received a “special label” her computer is now all of a sudden “malfunctioning” and she is unable to provide a drop off receipt. She says there is nothing she can do, then proceeded to say “You can take a photo of it”. Which doesn’t prove it was dropped off. But nonetheless I take the photo… It takes her a few seconds to register what she has asked me to do and then she changes her tune to “You have to delete that I don’t want to be in the photo. If you don’t delete it I’m calling the police.”Extremely suspicious behavior considering she wouldn’t print a receipt for ONLY THIS PACKAGE, and then quickly changed her tune when she realized she’s in the photo as if she is responsible for having received this package… BINGO!If there’s any missing packages out of this store, this is so incredibly suspicious she refused to give a receipt for a high value shipment. You ought to look into her, she may be stealing packages.

I normally do not take time write bad reviews however this time I HAD TO!!This by far was the most shocking and worst service I haven’t ever received at a UPS Store or any store for that matter in a very long time. I was in complete awe by the disrespect and the poor service and attitudes of the young adults (children rather) that they have operating this store.I arrived at the store well before 6:00, I needed two forms printed out, one form notarized and for them to be mailed out.One of the workers printed the forms out but when he went to charge me at the register I told him that I still needed the forms notarized… when I told him that, an employee named Alexa walked up and told me that notaries were closed? I asked her what time does the store stop doing notary services and she said 6:00. I was in the store before 6:00 standing in line. Had I came after 6:00 I would not have been in the store because the doors would have been locked, not to mention I have time stamps on the emails that I sent to the store to have printed out. When I explained this, Alexa said “well the doors are locked” … I said they weren’t locked when I arrived or else I would not be in the store?… her attitude was extremely off putting I do not understand how she even received a position in service, she is an incredibly bad look for the store.When I asked Alexa why she would be denying me services if technically I arrived before the store closed, then employee Imani jumped in and said that she was the only person in the store with a notary license and that she has the right to choose when and if she wants to notarize something. I was extremely shocked by not only their low level of service but also by the attitudes and the courage they had to talk to paying customers the way the were. I have never seen anything like it, and coming from a service background I would not dare to ever speak to a customer in that way. The whole reason why I was at the store to begin with is because a month and a half ago I came to this store to have an application for myself to be a notary agent notarized, however Imani did it incorrectly and forgot to stamp the bond which caused my application to be rejected, which ultimately interfered with my ability to work in certain roles and assignments within my organization, which honestly was already upsetting and a whole separate complaint in itself.After I was denied service I explained to them why I was there and explained that had that mistake not been made on the original form then I would not have had to come back, and that since the mistake was in fact made that the least they could do was honor my request to have the new form notarized even though I was the last customer and they all were rushing to get home. I told them I understand it’s the end of the day and everyone wants to get home, but I realllllly need this for my job and fair is fair, if I was there before the store closed they should honor my request for service. Imani responded and said “well if I messed up the last one then why would you come back?!” I responded and told her so that she could correct it, learn from the mistake and not charge me for something I already paid for.She then said that she was going to, and would have notarized the paper for me but she chose not to because I made a “big deal” out of it?!?! I literally could not believe my ears. I just said, well if that were the case then why would you not have jumped in when Alexa told me no, and told her that you have it handled. Instead she lied and told me the registers were closed already (which they weren’t, one was still open)I spent over $40 last time I was here to have the forms printed, notarized and have it sent certified mail, I didn’t want to nor did I I think I should have to pay that again due to an error your employee made?!

Nobody should go there, send my package and they put wrong location, be careful because they told you is right and if you have problem solve it with customer service, they’re useless and they make your package get loss. Bad place hope somebody replace the staff soon before the business close for that.

Bad business the girl working there doesn’t even put attention to the address, she put a bad address, told her to change but told me to call customer service, now ups is returning my package and not giving my money back, she should go to work to other place. That would help everybody.

I live in Phoenix in winter with our son he informed us we had some mail so I suggested he box it up and send it to us we live in Illinois so he went to the ups store near our home in Phoenix mailed it and we still haven’t received it a month later all it says when you track it is label printed have checked on it several times with no luck ? won’t call me back 2030 baseline phoenix Az sad customer service

The clerks greeted and assisted me immediately. I had an Amazon return without packaging. The ladies ( Monday 6/26) helped me find a quick alternative to not having to purchase extra packaging to complete my return. They included my little guy in on the process making it fun for him too. Great job ladies!

The lady up front was rude and demanded me to just leave my returns without a receipt. This has happened a few times before as well but with a different person. I understand shipment can be pricey but GOSH 15+ for a BOX???? From now on going to the uhaul and buy a 15cent one first!

I dropped off a package over a month ago at the 19thave and Baseline UPS store and it was never delivered. I stopped by on 3 different occasions and the owner said my receipt was not good enough and it was not her responsibility and I could not file a claim. A total of six weeks passed and we tried one more time and we found our brand new box of clothes open and without the original package that we brought them in. It appeared as if they were worn and the tags had been removed. The owner refused to provide a receipt and turned her back refusing to look at us and she also said she is not responsible for what her employees do. I cannot recommend this franchise location, I would not trust my packages with them.

NEVER EVER GO HERE IF YOU WANT FRIENDLY SERVICE. Absolute nightmare. Employees are rude, unfriendly, unprofessional, and very disrespectful. Stay away from this place. We all deserve better. One star is too good for this place.

I've been a customer here for several years (at least 10). It is convenient and they are very helpful. There have been a few changes in management/ownership, but I have always been happy with the people who work there.
