They allowed someone else to take my package without identification. The manager here is rude and doesn't seem to take accountability for the 2 times I have come here. People shouldn't have to pay for extra security.

i’ve only processed Amazon returns here, but it’s always really fast and easy, and the staff i’ve interacted with is always really helpful and courteous and kind.

They were polite and got me done quickly. There was no line and she even offered to tape up my box, because I couldn't close it all the way. They were very helpful

Unpassionate to their customers. I came in to ship out my broken phone, to usps 2 months ago, and the recipient never received the item. I told the young girl, I am being charged a lot of money for this missing item in which she tells me , usps just comes in and takes all their packages. I submitted a search inquiry to usps, and when they reached back to me , they told me they do not have it, it was never even scanned and the only thing I can do is go back to the location where I dropped it off at. It’s a very $&!??& feeling . So I ask her if she can review the camera to see if someone might have misplaced it or to see if usps ever even got the chance to pick it up, and she told me they don’t have cameras. Pretty much she just wanted me to gone and go about her day. It’s obvious to me that girl is the bald manager with glasses young padawan . This guy alone in this thread has about 3 or 4 bad reviews about himself . Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree does it . I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever dropping off a package here. They will probably steal it. It’s easy when you don’t have cameras. I felt so belittled walking out that door. How can you not care or relate to losing 750$ due to their incompetent work performance. Do not ship items out of this location save yourself the time and money and most of all humiliation . They don’t care.

Bad experience, bald guy with beard and glasses is rude. Never have I been in a UPS store and will def not return to this one. If I were to tell this guy one thing, it would be “you are no better than anyone else, behaving this way makes you ugly”
