Went in to get some help since I was having issues with a package being delivered. Explained to the guy with glasses that I've tried resolving the issue online, called UPS, but the guy didn't even bother looking into it. Just said to go online that there was nothing he could do. All I wanted to know was where the package was located so I could pick it up. Bad online experience, app experience, call experience, and UPS store experience. Wish sender would have picked FedEx instead.

Himen (The Manager) and his associate were nothing but rude when posed with a simple question. When I asked their names, they purposely said them fast to avoid me understanding them. I called today around 12:40pm to see if I had a package there and their response was “We have a lot of packages here since we were closed the last two days”. I understand the busy season but that is no reason to be rude. I will no longer be using this location and I suggest you do the same.

Charging $6 dollars to print a shipping label that’s already been paid for is criminal. I understand maybe a .20 cent fee or something but SIX DOLLARS???? Six dollars to open an email and print it is insanity. It took all of maybe 30 seconds to do and one piece of paper surely doesn’t cost 6 dollars. There’s absolutely no way to justify that but pure greed. I used to do all my Amazon returns with UPS but I’m not going to do business with someone who takes advantages of customers like that. Shame on UPS for allowing this to go on.

How hard is it to get people their packages on time?! There is no way it should take them over 12 hours to deliver somebody's package let alone an extra 2 weeks past delivery date I swear ever since COVID-19 every single business quality has gone down SMH

The store 4340 E Indian School Rd Ste 21, Phoenix, AZ 85018 says it requires 5$ for you to send an already paid label to them not including the cost of printing the label. They said you can proceed to spend 2+ dollars or something for you to "use their computers" for a few minutes once again not including the cost it takes to print out the label. Complete scam. Went to another one 2 blocks up. Paid 2$ for the print exactly and was on my merry way. Don't go to 4340 E Indian School Rd Ste 21, Phoenix, AZ 85018.

The service at this location is exceptional! I received help with detailing out some prints. The staff there were attentive and eager to help resolve even the smallest details! I was especially taken back by the efforts put forth by Mark. He worked as if I was paying him a million bucks, just to print me out some samples of the prints I wanted; going out of the way to set me up with variations on want I wanted and all. Highly recommended for all your printing and shipping needs!

I walked in with an Amazon return for a large package. The first thing i said was i need a lot of help. The man that helped me fixed the original box and took care of everything in a few minutes. I Will absolutely use them in the future.

This store is incredible. We have been traveling and had to have all our mail (including important mail and packages) sent to this UPS store. They have been more than efficient and professional. Can't recommend them strong enough.
