If I walk into a place and the employee looks at me annoyed because they have to do their job. Then I don’t want the service anymore. Drove to a different location because customers service here was trash. They need to be retrained on being kind to guests, that or work in a different industry if you don’t like people 🤦♀️

Laveen is a small community, and I believe this location is locally owned which makes the complete lack of customer service even more disappointing. I usually go out of my way to the Ahwatukee location, even if it’s less convenient, just to avoid coming here. I only stop at this one if I absolutely have to.
If you’re just dropping off an Amazon return at the self-service station, fine. But if you actually need help with shipping or have a question, brace yourself. The employees act like you’re a nuisance the moment you walk in. They’re rude, dismissive, and clearly don’t want to be bothered. It’s honestly ridiculous how unwelcoming this place feels.
For a locally run spot in a tight-knit area, you’d expect better. But this location consistently fails to show even basic courtesy to its customers.

The owner is a clown standing there doing nothing while customers wait don't let them charge your for a az title notery it's no longer required but they will charge you and say nothing.

Wow! I would definitely try to stay away from this location if possible. So sad that this is what type of service we get in the area. I’ve tried this location multiple times, and I typically leave disappointed and upset. It all starts from the owner down. Very disappointing. They get job done but after being treated as if they don’t have time nor do they want your money because they are so annoyed to have open doors. I feel bad for the employees & will not return to this location.

Bad customer service I come in today to ship a box back to Amazon and was told that they cannot take it that I need to wrap it up and I said will you guys do that here? I’m just here to drop it off. That’s all that tell me to do, but they said I need to purchase. I need to purchase tape. I need to purchase all kinds of stuff just to be able to ship it out. Upselling selling for no reason and scared of a little heavy lifting.

Horrible service & manager. Just trying to print a document but they make it too complicated. The guy was rude, he told me can't you read instructions? Said I have to rent out a computer for $3. Can't even send by email.

There is a young gentlemen, Zaire Who is always so nice and polite. Whenever I go there, I’m happy to see him because I know I will get good service.

Greet properly however customer service over all receives a 2 star needs improvement, their lack to help is rude when their job is literally customer service.
