I am quite often doing returns and each time everyone is so nice, Kevin the manager is so pleasant. Service is always fast; better than other stores. Keep up the great work!

I don’t recommend this place at all. I came in to print 5 pages. I waited in line for 20 minutes for the cashier to tell me to use the self service computer. When I tried 5 times to do that and it not work because the computer system is terribly old, I had already wasted about 40 minutes. The cashier helped 4-5 other people without trying to stop and help me. He just sent me off when I asked for assistance to print these pages smh

I visited this location for the first time and found a older gentleman to be very unpleasant. He was venting to a customer about how rude customers are in the area. Not only that but he said he didn't care if people complain about him because it wouldn't be the first or last. He said management doesn't do anything to him about it so he will continue to carry himself in the same manner.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life! Looking over the reviews I’m not the only one experiencing it either. I’ve seen that the owner donated a lot of money to kids for Christmas and that is a blessing to the children! I wanted to post a review just for future customers! I came in the store with a box that wasn’t taped closed because previous stores have done it for me. This store does not do “Courtesy tape” they said! So I paid the fee not knowing they would have a limit. I kindly asked for them to tape over the handle holes and they refused unless I pay another charge. So I told them I would be back with my own tape. I come back because the box was full of $1000 dollars worth of product and waiting in a terribly long line because they are insanely slow and got up to the front and asked for my package and they said “I sent it out” even before I could fully tape the box up. Manager had no sympathy and mocked me with a smile as he said “you should’ve taped it up yourself” Just ridiculous I pay for them to tape my box and don’t do it to the customers satisfaction and then make the customer go back to fix the simple issue and say it’s gone! I hope it makes it to its location with no issues because if it doesn’t it’s all on the service of this store. I really hope corporate knows the customer is the one waging everyones pay check and makes it a priority to relay it to this location.

Terrible placeUnderstaffedRude EmployeesOwner is incompetentTold me to my face can't just leave pre-paid packeges.Expect to donate an hour of your life to this incompetent owner.Today was the first time I have heard come out of any one wearing a UPS Logo shirt they were just going to take my package and throw it in a dumpster.I hope Corporate UPS cracks down on that promise.I took my packages and left found the brown truck and they are not tossed in the trash.I hope Corporate UPS Ensures this person is the one marched out and never touches a ups package again.

Kevin, you are an Amazing individual, many have complaints but truly they don’t really know you !! Kevin has blessed Rising Families with a donation to sponsor kids for Xmas angel gifts with your donation Kevin we were able to serve 400 smiles on children’s faces my God continue to bless you and your staff !!If I was able to share photos I would of posted them 200 families were served a meal .plus gifts ?

OMG this place is HORRIBLE - ghetto from front to back. The 2 girls stand at the front of the store with absolutely NO customers except a huge line waiting to be forced to use the self-service amazon returns box, which requires you to put a piece of tape over your bagged return, yet they are refusing to help customers and provide tape to tape it up - which is a direct violation of their agreement with Amazon, who promises you do not need to box or bag or prepare your return - the ups store will do it. I'm going to get in touch with Amazon to let them know this returns location is in violation of their agreement. Never come here - they are so rude and nasty from the moment you open the door to the moment you leave, and see them treating others the same way.

This place has gone downhill since they got the new manager. I don't know his name but he's bald and older. He did tell.me if I didn't like their news rules to go somewhere else. Trust me I will. I only do drop offs since I print my labels at home. I'll go to 19th and baseline or cvs across the street where the customer service is 10x better

I do my Amazon returns here frequently. And it's always an easy experience. However, one thing I don't like is that if you need them to print out a label for you, they charge you $2.25. for the first page. That is an unreasonable fee, in my opinion. A fee of .25 or .50 would be a reasonable fee. I've returned to other UPS stores, which do not charge for the service.

Kevin , I was disappointed today during my visit. Not only only should you learn ways in how to respond to your employees when they ask you for help, but if your going to approach me while I’m at the register paying $8.00 for a small plain cardboard box- at least have the courtesy to greet me before you come up ti me and interrupt me Ito let me know I’m limited to a small strip of tape to close the bottom of the box. Definitely disappointed in your approach- and lack of customer service. you may be the owner but you clearly lack leadership. Please do better ??

Cierra is absolutely the worst. I asked her to ship 2 boxes I had. She insisted since it’s going to the same address i ship them together in a box, that’s fine. Then she’s said “I’m going to have her help you when she has the chance” (pointing to her coworker) I don’ have time to waste. I run a business. I came to get a label and drop off. UPS you probably should look into this location. Shouldn’t be rocket science to help someone when they came in and said they need a drop off.

Worst costumer service by the owner here. I thought I caught him having a bad day, but based on all the other reviews he is just a condescending individual. He is extremely rude and unhelpful. Waited in a long line, since I was having trouble with the amazon kiosk for him to respond “well what do you want me to do ma’am” and just stare at me. I figured it out myself, as I listened to him continue that behavior with others. I feel sorry for the employees there that have to be around his negative energy for hours on end.
