Just wanted to mention Hannah and Michelle. I have a UPS within walking distance, but I choose my PO Box here because of their customer service. They handle sincerely the rudest customers with ease. I don't know how, but I'm grateful. Keep it up ladies.

Called ahead to ask if a notary was available. Said I would be right there. I arrived 5 min later and the person had already left to run errands.

I go out of my way to go to this location usually for the experience, but Michelle is very rude and ruined that. Other than Michelle, this location isn’t too bad! I never have issues shipping my families’/friends gifts.

This place sucks. They don't stay open till the time displayed on their website. Very frustrating when I have packages to return. 3 times I've come 20-30 mins before they close and everyone is already gone. Owner needs to correct this!

This UPS store has excellent service. I use a lot of these UPS stores throughout town and this one always has the friendliest service. The store is always very clean and well organized.

I only use this store for my printing, copying, faxing and document sending needs. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. Today was no exception! I needed help emailing and printing a document and Hannah was not only extremely professional and helpful, she was absolutely kind, considerate and patient with me! I believe it's the employees who make or break a store or a company, and Hannah is the type of employee every company needs!!! Well, if repeat business is the goal!

The staff is helpful and friendly. They don't act rushed to push you thru. They are quick; but, not in a rush "get you in and get you out as quickly as possible". I appreciate the way they make everyone feel important.
