Jaime provided an excellent. My package was misplaced and he went above and beyond to make sure my package was found. He assured me he will be checking the cameras and throughly check the store to find the missing package. Truly passionate guy. He saved the day.

Extremely helpful store! Very knowledgeable and also patient & understanding. The systems were down lastnight and nothing was able to be scanned to go out. CADEN one of the reps was Extremely helpful and informed me that I can leave my package to be scanned the following day at my own risk.. I called today and he was also there to confirm it was done. Very professional and honest!

Employees are likely overworked because they are easily frustrated and have a quick temper. Amazon’s return systems were apparently down and they kept yelling and cutting off customers as they were coming in. I couldn’t stand the awful attitude and yelling so I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I stopped by here the other day. I needed help printing off 2 documents. This guy was like it is 5$ for this or 3$.. for a label?? I said that is ok.. you could tell he wasn’t wanting to help me. I went to a different location who was able to help and give me 5 star service. I will never come back to this location again

Quick and easy to make drop offs simple. I’ve also utilized the notary and he was very helpful too. Give some grace people sheesh we all started a job at one point too. I appreciate the hard work these employees give.

This used to be my go to UPS store, the people Who work there used to be very fast and efficient as you can hope for… but lately they seem to lose all of their good workers… the new guy they got… OMG… I got him twice already…. He’s whole movement is on a slow motions! He do everything as slow as possible! I always just got some simple Amazon drop off and with the code and everything ranged ready, but will took him 4 times longer to do the same thing than others….. I would walk away when I see him at the counter the next time…..

Not helpful at all I was in today and I was trying to print a form from my phone and I asked the tent who was young and bald to help out and he looked at me then looked away. Not helpful at all. I’m never returning again to UPS, I went to FedXs instead
