I visited the store on Saturday, where the employee scanned two out of my three items and assured me that everything was fine and still trackable. However, I later discovered that Amazon claims they never received the package. They further stated that even if the package had been delivered, they couldn't associate it with my account because the employee failed to scan it correctly. This situation has become quite frustrating, especially since the wait time for customer service over the phone is an hour. As a result, I plan to return to the store to resolve this issue and determine how UPS will handle the reimbursement process.

I’ve had a box at this location for about 9 years, so I’m in there a lot checking my mail, picking up packages, and sending off Amazon returns. Everyone has generally been very pleasant and helpful but I’m always happy when I go in and Miles is behind the counter. Miles is SO helpful l, friendly, and goes above and beyond every time, taking extra time to explain stuff and make sure I get whatever I need. Thanks, Miles, for making my errands seem so painless - I appreciate you!

Normally, I wouldn’t bother writing a review, but in this case, it’s necessary. Whoever owns this location needs to properly train their staff. I showed up with four boxes, each with QR codes clearly stating “two boxes per QR code,” only to be told I needed a separate QR code for each box. Complete waste of time — what a joke.

This particular store is not customer service oriented. I went to have a package delivered for my son. He wanted it shipped UPS. I wasn't told by the employee that it was going by USPS. When I tried to track the package it gave me an error message. I had to call the store and find out it was through the US mail. Had I known that I would have taken to the post office. 3-5 business days I'm told a week goes by and still no tracking and no package. I let them know they said it was lost and investigation closed. Wait another week and possibly a refund. 2 1/2 weeks later my son receives the package. I call asking for the shipping amount refunded since it didn't take 3-5 business days. The manager, Mike says no that's not how it works. Lesson learned and I filed a complaint with BBB. Don't waste your time at this UPS store.

The staff here are amazing and super respectful. I have observed them those times I've waited in line. I appreciate they give every customer their undivided attention at the counter & still multi task helping out their peers when needed. They keep it moving. Customer service is a 2-way street some customers are not always kind. Its not always easy but they get it done👊🏽

Today I saw something shocking at this location. I saw an employee have an altercation with a customer in the doorway of this establishment as I was walking into the business next door. I don’t know what brought this about but it seemed highly unprofessional. But what I heard next truly shocked me. The employee assumed the customers gender in a challenge to their “manliness” !!! As a member of the community that deals with this sort of discrimination on a daily basis, this was uncalled for and truly wrong for a member of the UPS organization to say such a thing. This employee needs to be trained on how to treat people of certain groups in 2024 - almost 2025. This isn’t 1960. Do better!

I don't write customer reviews bc I'm not a psycho but I had to for this UPS lol. The people working here are so friendly and helpful. I had a package delivered to the wrong address and the staff here worked tirelessly to make sure I got my money back for the lost package. They called numerous times to check in and update me on the status of the check. Big ups for this staff.
