I had a some guy help me with my shipping package around Sunday 3/10 around 10:40AM he was very arrogant and also aggressive I was in disbelief.

Paid for son's birthday gift, store's address error caused delay. Returned after 10 days, asked me to pay again. Manager Brandon refused refund, no solution. Instead acting like it was my fault. And give me an ultimatum of pay again or live with my pkg.Frustrated by unhelpful service and rude attitude.

Brandon. This guy was a machine, and helped us in our chaos of a million Amazon returns, all while seamlessly helping out the (loads) of other waiting customers. You could have easily been annoyed with our disorganization, but you were so patient and nice, and it really made a difference! Thank you!! You deserve a raise.

Definitely wanted to make sure to give Aidan a well deserved shout out - I came in today with several different things on the agenda (print order, fingerprint appt, notary appt) and due to circumstances outside his or the rest of the stores control, had some difficulties. I think I myself may have even confused the situation a little bit as well. At the end of the day, I thought Aidan displayed tremendous patience and composure - which was much appreciated! I went to some other UPS Store locations today to get my fingerprint appt done and they weren't even remotely as helpful as this store was. They also waived my notary charge even though I asked them not to. Thanks for the good service!

I do NOT recommend doing business with this store. The manager is definitely not in the business of helping customers and he does not stand behind the service the store claims to provide. I paid $137 for 2 day worldwide, expedited service and it took 9 days and huge effort on my part for my son to receive my package. The day the package was to be delivered, apparently the driver had too many deliveries so my delivery got pushed to the next day. For the next two days, the driver claims to have made 2 delivery attempts but this could not have been true as my son was home and no attempt was made and in addition no delivery slip was left. On the third day, my son was not home, not sure if an attempt to deliver was actually made because, once again, no slip was left. In addition, each day, I spent at least 30 minutes calling UPS to try to get the package delivered. When I called UPS I was told that it was up to the store that I sent the package from to provide a refund for me because they agreed that this was not acceptable service. However, the manager of this store informed me that no service they provide is guaranteed and customers are paying over a hundred dollars with hope of it arriving in 2 days...there are no guarantees. He told me for that price that it could take 2 days or 2 months. He also told me that they are just a small business and cannot afford to give refunds even if the company they represent provides poor service. Based on this, I am not sure why anyone would care to spend money sending packages through this business. If you want crappy, slow service you can get that for a lot less with USPS.
