The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was able to fulfill my order. I did not arrive with any materials as I originally intended to just buy the supplies to package my desktop myself on short notice. However, Pat told me they would be able to help me ship and package my desktop the same day. When I returned a bit later with my desktop, Pat and the other employees kindly helped me step by step to ensure my package was well protected and insured, exceeding my expectations in every way

Very expensive. Pay it or get out. Go across the street. South. Directly south across Thunderbird is an independent that does the same if not more than the ups store. And at a much better cost.

Pat who works at the seventh Street and Thunderbird location is way beyond excellent! Today I drove past four other UPS stores because I was hoping to find her there. I did, and she provided superior service! When I’ve been to other locations or this location when she wasn’t there the service was, decent but not exceptional ! Pat is a huge asset to this location!

The associate that helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. I had an appointment to get my fingerprints done at a different UPS store that never opened and the associate at this store helped me get my appointment switched so that I could get them done.

Horrible customer service lady was charging me to tape the box and print the label when it clearly stated On my label ups will take care of everything she was rude and not helpful went to another and they had no issue printing the label and taping it for me with no charge she was plain being rude
