Troy was incredibly helpful today. Went in with what I thought might be a unique or difficult issue and he made quick work of it. Helped me understand each thing he did for me and got me in and out faster than expected. If a branch manager or anyone reads these reviews, please give much deserved credit to Troy. If this is how he treats everyone through your doors then you are very lucky to have him. Thank you again Troy!

My account was compromised, they immediately closed my account and opened a new account which came with complications, I can't use the mobile app because the compromised account is still open. So I have to go into the bank to withdraw money.
This bank has the best employees, very knowledgeable and friendly and efficient, honestly they have my back. I cant thank them enough for all they do!

They wouldn’t allow me to close my account since they messed it up. They opened 2 checking accounts and I had a savings account. After all my transactions went thru and accounts closed, they send my account to collections. I bought an item. I had over $600 when I purchased an item for $399.00 and now it’s $410.00. I will never go back to US Bank. I will not recommend it either.

So my boss and I went into the Central location today to get some things straightened out with our business account. Let me tell you, Matt that helped us could probably be a trainer for US Bank. Every question we had, he answered. If he didn't know the answer he provided contact info for someone that could. I appreciate someone that is not only proficient in their job but also personable and engaging. This is why we do business with US Bank. Thanks again Matt!

I came to this branch to set up a representative payee account for my disabled (bed bound) husband and I. I thought from the whispering and shrugs between staff that they probably didn't know what I was talking about, then I felt bad for assuming they wouldn't know such a basic task. Brianna didn't ask for any of the documents social security told me to bring, but she did ask to see the Power of Attorney which I'd brought with me but social security didn't mention. She had "someone in back office " look at it and said they didn't find it sufficient for me opening or closing my husband's accounts. I stayed and argued with her some because this was the only day in my schedule I could open a representative payee account. I called my atty who drew up the POA, asking if he could speak with the persons who found the POA lacking. No. I asked for the branch mgr. He's not in. I asked if she was familiar with Representative Payee Accounts. Of course. I finally left in frustration. The mgr did call me a few days later. The POA was not required and Brianna was likely not trained to open Representative Payee accounts. I don't know what has happened to training and service, and not just at this bank branch. This is a task quite basic to banking and not only did she have no idea, but she was unprofessional enough to try to pretend that she did! I can say with complete assuredness that had she told me that she wasn't proficient in these accounts, I would have called it a training deficit and not her fault. Instead she kept sniffing, mouth downturned, avoiding eye contact. She barely responded when I asked questions, most questions were ignored. As a customer, I did as I was told by social security, which was exactly what needed to be done. It turns out that she didn't know what she was doing and then blamed the customer. I was expected to take her answer as The Word and go away. The bank employee is always right?This all could have been prevented with appropriate training by the branch. If that wasn't possible, then good customer service using honesty, compassion, and friendly words would have saved everyone a lot of grief. When I first entered the workforce decades ago, I instinctively knew this. Nowadays, it isn't taught, told, or modeled. Brianna acted as though she believed she was totally in the right to lie and blame the customer. It seems customer service is not important to this business. Especially, not important to this staff member. The manager did apologize and straighten things out for me. But I was late getting my husband's ss benefits because of the unexpected delay over a simple task Brianna should have known. Things need to change. Starting with this bank branch.

Many of the US bank branches across Phoenix are staffed with people who have poor attitude’s and who display unprofessional behavior. This particular branch however, has friendly, helpful, professional employees who strive to satisfy their customers while meeting all of their regulatory goals. It can be done, people. Hats off and “bravo” to this branch’s management team and winning, ethical attitude employees. You certainly give this bank a bit of credibility where it’s most needed. Anyone who, like me, has a terrible distaste for US Bank is sure to find that this branch is not like the rest… and that’s a good thing!!

Apparently, US Bank doesn't close your account even when you have signed document that account is closed. They allowed $120.46 to be charged to my CLOSED account MONTHS after I closed it, and now ChexSystems is reporting to banks that I owe this. US Bank wasn't able to even look up the charges. They are committing fraud in my opinion.

Ok my favorite Branch now!!! Hooray to Brianna who went over and beyond. She was fast prompt and professional. Give Bri a huge raise!!! ( I got you girl!!!) That darn machine counting back your funds made me feel like a millionaire even if it was only counting back$20. Lmao It was the sound for me!!! There's plenty of free parking on site. Free water offered which was, considerably awesome as other branches never offered me even a swat of spit. Ew! This location is easy to locate! The Drive up ATM is easy access if you need to swing up in a hurry. I'll drive out of my way just to go to this location because of the staff Brianna and the professionalism here. Thanks for the water guys! Oh and they actually have a sanitation station that has solution in it for us germaphobs.

A few personnel are disappointingly under educated in arithmetic, and a manager was not a capable person, just saying in a mild way.Went to another branch, and the personnel solved my needs without a hitch.

I received a check from US Bank and I thought I was spam so I shredded it I tried getting a new check and it took forever I called the 1-800 number got passed around a lot but when I stopped in the branch Rudy help me and he got a resolved he's amazing.

Unfortunately, worst customer service. Have to use this bank but changing locations from now on.
