I've always gotten great service from the branch although it seems like it's a remote operation it has had full services whenever I needed them including issuing me a temporary card when mine became unusable. Great services.

Don't ever go to this horrible location. Araceli Marquez made me feel like i was burden because I came into the bank instead of using the drop box. Keep in mind there was NO ONE in the bank. Shame on you US Bank you know this location needs improvement.

I've had the worst experience at this location. Very bad service. Staff's integrity in question... avoid using drive thru when handling cash because you'll come up short. They will not help you!

I've worked for usbank so I know what level of customer service they expect to be provided to their clients. I went in seeking answers why I received a letter stating my account would have fees after 20 years of having this account. All I was looking for was a free checking acct again. Was told they would call me with an answer that same day. No call for a week. And then the call didn't answer my question of can I get a free acct. Maybe some additional training would do them good, the kind where you act out scenarios.

If I could do no stars I would! They have the lobby closed but yet seems like no one was doing there job. No wonder why I never come to this one I always go to the usbank in Safeway.

US BANK IS HOLDING OUR TITLE HOSTAGE!!! Yes that is correct. We cannot register our vehicle because they refuse to do their job by sending the title to the MVD. We have visited the physical bank location 4 times and called one dozen times getting different answers each time. At this time no one actually knows where the title is and the amount of avoidance and bullsh*tery is comical. It's been 5 months of this.. we cannot use vehicle as we cannot for the life of us get this registered. Legal action will be pursued. As a leinholder this sort of stuff should be very basic and easy!!!

Horrible customer service!! The manager Bianca offered no assistance, avoids phone calls and have no idea how to not only treat a customer but how to keep a customer.

The customer service here is always amazing. Araceli has great customer service and I would recommend her to anyone for banking services. She explains things in a simplified and easy manner. Anytime I've ever had an issue they are all so very helpful. I prefer this bank over the other ones.
