This a review not for this location but US Bank in general.Pros: At least this bank hasnt gone bankrupt yet?Cons: online refunds are sloppy, issuing credits back to account is sloppy, atm machines do not return cards.It seems the protocols or however this company does business isnt focused on making the customer happy.Customer service will send you to the wrong department just a waste of time.They just dont value the customers time!

If I could give no stars I would! This location is not professional or trained in their profession as bankers the last two times I hadn't interaction at this bank branch it ended in me having to call the company and have it corrected as well as a complaint about the customer service skills I would not recommend this branch to anybody and I will be closing my account with this company due to the service I received!

The supervisor is very rude. He started yelling at me for not following Cash deposit rules . No wonder they only have 2 stars . He’s always eating in his office and playing with computer.

Krista was absolutely amazing. I was having the absolute worst day. I had just been to a store and had my car decline about six times. I went to the ATM to withdraw money and had that declined as well. I called customer service, and spoke with a very rude customer service agent that was able to put in for a request to increase my daily limits. But in order for me to do anything I would have to go to the bank and get money out. So the two hours I was at the store shopping were wasted. All of that made me late for an appointment. When I was able to make it to the bank, Krista took care of me. She was delightful. She explained everything to me, told me how to dispute a transaction if I needed and how to confirm my transactions to get my card unsuspended. Which I was completely unaware of. She made conversation and it was like I was speaking to someone that I knew for a long time. I definitely think that she is an asset to that branch. Thank you so much Krista! You made my day better, and what you didn’t know is that tomorrow is actually my birthday so extra thanks!!!

The branch manager was unable to redirect a check and told me to call an 800 number, where I was told he would've been easily able to fill out a form to do so. This was just one piece of misinformation in our call. He also said he was spending time researching how to do so but when I called back long after he said he'd give me a call back, I was told he was with a customer. Note that this bank will also close bank accounts for inactivity without so much as an email to the account owner (even if they've been with the bank for over a decade). The bank manager also contradicted information given to me from the customer service contact he directed me to. I think the bank needs to get their processes straight so they're consistent! Also ironic that U.S. Bank was fined for fraudulently opening accounts for people when they close accounts people want open.)

Apparently these 3 (clowns ,) Bankers have been at this location for several years. According to the reviews and this owner does nothing about it.Well, my husband and I went in to this location today to get legal documents notarized. This was after our regular bank called them to check to see if there was a notary available.We were greeted very rudly.Then we asked if we could not be signing confidential legal documents out in the open. The blonde said it would be a min. We were fine with it. Then this old lady came out with an attitude saying that we needed an appointment, it was a courtesy, making all kinds of excuses. She wanted to see our paperwork and I told her it was highly confidential that I would give it to her only if she agreed to notarized it. She said I've been doing this over 40 years. And went into her speech. She asked my husband for his ID and then asked if he threw it at her. Which he didn't. At that point it all went sideways. This lady really needs to be taiga customer service. We have been US BANK customers for over 15 years. We have over 8 accounts with you including loans and business accounts.This branch just cost US BANK our business.Edit:After talking to customer complaint department. They don't really care what the consumer says or does. These people will continue to keep their job and continue to be rude. I suggest if at all possible avoid this location unless you want to be treated this way. Unfortunate for US Bank.

Heed the one-star ratings. This is one of the worst bank branches in town. The customer service is horrendous. Instead of helping you with basic things, they make you do it as they watch.Case in point, I handed the teller checks with matching set of deposit slips from my checkbooks and he made me recreate the slips on their machine scannable forms as he watched me. Easier to waste my time like that and take a break than to just punch the numbers in his terminal ??♂️
