Had the worst experience ever at this Branch. It was the combined efforts of Alexis Gonzales (CRC) and the boss Dyan Cannon, AVP or mostly known as the Branch HUB Manager - Stay AwayWhat is the root cause of poor customer experience? The 5 main causes of poor customer service include hiring the wrong people, lack of training, employee burnout, misunderstanding customer expectations, and lack of employee engagement.

If you need to use the ATM stay away from this branch at all. Cost. Never seen a more dirty ATM in my life. Tried to tell the staff they said that's as good as it gets. Wow

Teller was rude! I asked for change in 5s, she asked me how much I needed and refused to give me any change after I told her how much I needed.

Just got off the phone with GINA going over multiple options for my husband and I doing a 2nd.. What a wonderful experience she was a patient, kind, knowledgeable person.. I’m certain we will use this bank and she is a BIG part of that decision…

Really bad costumer service!!! And the ATM hardly works properly. This branch needs new employees who actually care about their jobs. The worst bank ever.

First location I've been to where the ATM doesn't let you withdrawl money 24/7, extremely annoying because I work overnights and only have time early mornings or nights on my days off.

I just went here when Bank opened at 9am and the lady was extremely rude to me. I was getting a cashier check and I didn't know the last name to the man I was writing check to so I called my boyfriend in the car to ask his last name. He came right in and wrote the last name down because we didn't know how to spell it. So I told the lady I know his name is bill but I don't know exactly the last name. So when he wrote down the last name I handed it to the lady and she did my cashier check. She hand's it to me with just the last name and I asked is this ok for it just to have a last name and she said you need the full name. I said I told you his name is bill like 3 times and then we only wrote the last name because we didn't know how to say it. She just swing her head with a attitude and said you wrote the last name only. I was like yes because I had already told you his name. Then I said where is your supervisor? She said sitting down. I asked to speak to her and she said she is unavailable. I said well I need to speak to her and she said have a seat. I was in a rush and I waited a few minutes the lady was just sitting there meaning supervisor wasn't on phone and I said I just wanted to tell you that teller was rude is all and she was like yes have a seat. I just left because it seemed like she is not going to do anything she didn't care because she witness the entire thing and didn't bother as a supervisor to help with situation. So I think she is not so good herself. Overall this branch sucks and I will never ever go back. I can see from reviews there always rude.

This branch and Bank of America at 83 Ave and lower buckeye rd are the worst horrible customer services experience i have ever had. I can not give a 0 start but i would if i could. Lazy and rude tellers. All of then no exceptions even the manager should get a job that doesn't require dealing with customers. I rather drive longer distance to go to a diferent branch than dealing with this guy's . I am going to try and convince my customers to change banks because its really inconvenience for me wasting my time driving longer to find the customer service that they should be given since they are paid employees

I had called the day prior to schedule an appointment. I showed up to the appointment early and waited in the car for the bank to open. I went in and had to bring my baby, since what I needed to do could only be done in person. I walked in and said I was there for my appointment, was told to wait for the manager and then the manager said she was busy for the next 45 minutes. I told her I had an appointment scheduled and she said yeah, they didn't know my schedule. I had to either wait or leave. I am pregnant and had my baby with me and did not want to wait there during COVID. What I needed to complete was time sensitive. Frustrating that they couldn't help me despite already having an appointment and the error being their fault. I will not be going back to this location.

ATM ate my 100. Someone got away with my money. US Bank won't dispute my claim because I use an online bank. So just in case you are thinking of online banking. Like Chime. Don't do it. Your not a member to any banks/ATMs. US Bank is the only one who tried to help me dispute this claim.
