Why doesn't the ATM machine accept cash deposits? This branch is a total flaming pile of trash. I suggest going elsewhere.

Had the worst experience ever at this Branch. It was the combined efforts of Alexis Gonzales (CRC) and the boss Dyan Cannon, AVP or mostly known as the Branch HUB Manager - Stay AwayWhat is the root cause of poor customer experience?The 5 main causes of poor customer service include hiring the wrong people, lack of training, employee burnout, misunderstanding customer expectations, and lack of employee engagement.

If you need to use the ATM stay away from this branch at all. Cost. Never seen a more dirty ATM in my life. Tried to tell the staff they said that's as good as it gets. Wow

Just got off the phone with GINA going over multiple options for my husband and I doing a 2nd.. What a wonderful experience she was a patient, kind, knowledgeable person.. I’m certain we will use this bank and she is a BIG part of that decision…

I've been banking with US Bank for 25 years and I've never been treated as poorly as I did at the branch on 75th Ave. in Phoenix Arizona. I went in to open a business checking and savings and the Lady told me to sit down and wait and was extremely rude

I had called the day prior to schedule an appointment. I showed up to the appointment early and waited in the car for the bank to open. I went in and had to bring my baby, since what I needed to do could only be done in person. I walked in and said I was there for my appointment, was told to wait for the manager and then the manager said she was busy for the next 45 minutes. I told her I had an appointment scheduled and she said yeah, they didn't know my schedule. I had to either wait or leave. I am pregnant and had my baby with me and did not want to wait there during COVID. What I needed to complete was time sensitive. Frustrating that they couldn't help me despite already having an appointment and the error being their fault. I will not be going back to this location.

Really bad costumer service!!! And the ATM hardly works properly. This branch needs new employees who actually care about their jobs. The worst bank ever.

First location I've been to where the ATM doesn't let you withdrawl money 24/7, extremely annoying because I work overnights and only have time early mornings or nights on my days off.
