Reserved a deal online, went in the next morning to claim the unit. The whole process was smooth and easy to do even bought a lock onsite. They took us to see the unit before we left and made sure our gate code worked as well. Went back that night to drop off my furniture using the same gate code, got in and out so easy. Painless, friendly staff, easy to use website.

I went in to get a new rate on my storage unit and was assisted by Andrew. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. He was friendly and efficient, and was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. He has excellent customer service skills. Thank you Andrew!

I requested a quote online and a day later someone called me to complete the process and book a storage unit. Everything was smooth and the person was very nice. He told me I could stop by two days later to get my keys to the unit and sign some paperwork. To my surprise, there was no one in the office and the door was locked when I showed up, even though they were supposed to be open according to their hours located on the door. I made a few calls to the phone number they had posted there but my calls were sent straight to voicemail. I tried calling other US Storage places nearby and the staff were suprised to hear that there was no one in the office. I called three different places and they all told me they would try to contact the manager and that they would call me or text me soon, but that never happened. I don’t know why the person who called me two days earlier told me I could come by that day if no one would be there. After waiting for almost 3 hours by the office, no one showed up, so I decided to go find another storage company in the area with better customer service. Definitely a horrible experience!

I’m a new customer and booked a unit online. When I got there, office closed for lunch, but the man that was there opened up and asked if he could help. I was thankful after moving and weather and tired I wanted to just finalize and move my items in.Devon I believe was his name and he told me he was the manager. I purchased a lock there and he helped me with showing me where the unit was and explaining the lock. As a manager myself he has great customer service. You don’t run across this too much lately. He was eating lunch but still took time to help. Thanks this was a painful, easy process.
