Excellent location and pricing, very secure and well maintained property. Climate controlled area is real a/c and not evap coolers like others I have stored at before. Nobody hanging around or living in their unit's like most self storage today which is a total bummer. Gina the manager runs a tight ship and keeps this property safe and immaculately clean. Very impressed with the way this property has improved under Ginas watch. Good choice Devon. Thank you for the hard work Gina u have a tenant for life!

Gina is the best. I used to rent at her old job I came here because of her. She's very sweet has a personality as big of Texas lol. She is very professional will get things done always. Keep her around..she has the best work ethic to. Just adore her.

I just got my things out today and half of my daughters princess play kitchen set is gone and my coach slides are gone we should be able to feel like out personal belongings are safe while paying rent I feel violated never again

I am very disappointed in this place. I came in to rent a unit to transfer my ELDERLY mothers two half full 10x30 units to one in my name so I could take payments over. Gina promissed me if I gave her three 5 star reviews she would give me the best deal and allow me to do the transfer. So, I did a review, my friend who was with me did a review and my mom did one. Well, I was promised a price at the begining for a 10×30 and when I got my bill it was 60.00 more than promised. Another issue is I lost 15 days of my my time and movers time due to gate codes not working. Gina knew because I told her that I had a disability and had to move in evening and night time. Also my movers time had to be after they got off work. I arranged movers for me after 6pm because the heat affects my disability and I needed help due to my disability. So I had to keep setting up different days for movers and gates didnt work. MY movers lost time and money for constantly showing up for me and me not being abke to get in with code. I was even locked in a few times. My movers I had they worked during day and had jobs so Devons kept wasting their time too. You cant get help after 6pm there. Good luck getting ahold of them during day too. Also there was 3 days I went with movers sat, sun, and monday the gates didnt work at all. Another issue is I was put into one unit number had stuff transfered half full then to be told I had to move it all out to unit next to me. I showed Gina that the card had the unit number I was in was the one they gave me but they wouldnt just let me keep that unit and change it in computer. It was their fault to write the wrong unit down on card. Printer always down so payment receipts wers pink sticky notes or anything done was pink sticky note. I therefore lost more of my transfer time, another 4 days to moving all the stuff we already moved back out and into one next to me. I have a handful of witnesses on all these situation. So gate codes, I lost days for my moms transfer and no lights on in rows I was working in at night cost me a lot of lost time plus removing a unit twice. We were done with one of my moms units 619 and finishing up the seccond unit on a saturday Gina came over abuptly and locked up the remaining items of my moms seccond unit including my movers personal stuff and my personal stuff from my car. They almost locked one of my movers eating his lunch in shade of unit in back. We had no choice but compmy. SO I FEEL I am being robbed or stolen from. I made payments that didnt show on ledger. Now they broke agreement they had with mom and I and are auctioning my moms items from the one unit that was paid for at the time of transfer. Very shady business and I am waiting on corp to get back to me to correcting this issue befor my disabled childs stuff and my deceased fathers itens that still remain are auctioned. Most this stuff is unique and cannot be replaced. There is no amount of money to replace these things. The cost to replace my sons special needs diapers is 400.00 alone. We had the two storages since 2023 and spent a lot of money there. We paid 300.00 xtra right before Devons bought it to change bill date to tge 15th of month to a month later it being mandated to tge 1st. We got no credit for that. We were also not notified of Devons buying Life storage, which is who we were with when we started. Im asking for Devons to do the right thing before I go to the news about this. Also like to mention, many times I showed up and Gina was yelling at her boyfriend chancy who also works there. In office and outsidd the front door. Tim seems ok but is under her direction. I feel like she is cutting deals for GOIGLE Reviews because she told me she gets bonus for that. If this is all corrected I may change my review if they do tge right thing. I will continue to fight for mine and moms stuff. You cant make deals then break your word when it comes to valuable customers

Location at 1201 Cinnabar Rd has a gentleman named Tim who was and is most helpful. Very clear and concise when speaking, and answered all of my question's. Definitely an asset and a great example of just what you want as a team member with your company.
