I absolutely appreciate and have mad love and respect for storage kings USA on 71 st ave Indian school, especially for Krista..... Because of her I didn't lose what's left of my belongings, she worked with me everytime I needed it, when I know a lot of other storage units would of auctioned off my things she kept them safe! l didn't have to stress about losing my stuff and I was able to get back on my feet and into my new apartment....Thank you so much! I'm going to recommend this place 100% thank you again for everything

Where do I start? Such welcoming sweet woman named Krista helped me. Not only was she great with her customer service she was very attentive to my questions and concerns. Office was closed and I called the number on the door, and I mean in a matter of minutes she was there with a huge smile ready to handle whatever I threw at her. She took care of all my needs and showed me my unit and was just extremely helpful. I couldn't get enough of her good energy and spirit she showed up with. Did I say that she has amazing customer service already? She seriously does her job in a timely efficient manner. Very grateful to have chose this storage facility. Great price great service. I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks Krista!

King storage got lucky hiring a fantastic desk clerk. Krista is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Every storage room at Indian school King Storage is always so clean with a rolling door that opens and closes so smoothly. Thanks Krista.

I rented a uhaul at their encanto location. The next day I returned it and was driving home when I realized that I left my garage opener inside the uhaul. Unfortunately the encanto location was closed. And I could not get a hold of anyone. I was locked out my house so I took my chances to go to their Indian school location. I talked to Christa/Krista And explained the situation. She was very understanding and accommodating she went out of her way to call Uhaul and ask for the code for the key box. And she even went there herself to help me out. I could not thank her enough for what happened. I am very thankful of her. Storage king Customer service is top notch. They really do care about their customers. If ever I do plan on renting a storage unit. I would definitely use their services. It is well recommended!

I have been at this storage now A little over six months and I would recommend to friends and family. When I needed to downside the lady in office helped me out. She is so friendly and helpful.
