If I could give zero stars I would. I signed up for a storage unit on Saturday. It’s now Thursday and I have had no calls from the property manager. I keep telling the property manager I want to cancel my unit but he is not responding to my voicemails. I plan to now show up in person. Very disappointed in signing up with this place. Do yourself a favor and AVOID it.

Sue was super nice and helpful. She explained everything and helped us see the sizes of units so we could make an informed decision. I liked that the storage was climate controlled and very clean.

Excellent facility where the storage units are actually "climate controlled" and very cool. The facility was clean and well kept. I found Sue to be very helpful and knowledgeable, especially considering the a/c was not working properly in the office, making it difficult to tolerate for both of us.

I had an amazing experience while getting my storage unit today! Sue was very kind and thorough with all of her work. The environment itself is really clean and feels so safe; despite the area it’s in. Would definitely recommend!

Facility is clean and the management cares about the holding the property to a high standard and makes sure that no one is taking advantage of the system. Makes me feel confident to use this facility.

Sue is such a great help! She helped me find a unit right for me, showed me the unit, and was efficient with the renting process. The facilities are clean and I love that I have been able to use their carts to move my boxes!

Do NOT rent from this company. They raise rates of their units a couple of times a year. The cost of one of my units increased 4 times during a 13 month period.

Nice new place, We loved the manager she was awesome no games played here just the way I like it. place was nice a clean no smells no rodants, I was very impressed. JB (Romans 1:116)
