Waited all morning for a delivery only to get a message saying that no one was home and a re-delivery request tag was left. No delivery was attempted and no tag was left on my door.

As with most businesses in America, you never know what caliber of customer service you're going to get when you walk in the door. From people who are cordial and gregarious to Those you would think absolutely hate their job and won't even look you in the eye. I've encountered both at this location.

LAZY. Any excuse not to deliver a package that doesn’t fit in the mailbox anyway. There’s a locker parcel and last I checked my front door worked just fine. People work and how convenient that the hours of operation are inconvenient for those that work. They don’t care if it’s a necessary prescription. USPS is useless and expensive. Leets stop wasting spending here.

They held my package now I have to pick it up cause their carrier isn't competent enough to deliver it to my apartment complex for some reason. There's a reason I chose for my package to be delivered to me. They don't want to do their job.
Edit: when I picked up my package they didn't even want to do they're job there. Lazy manager and completely incompetent. Can't listen to instructions and was very rude. I'm not surprised by their disgusting behavior.

Why do you hire the rudest people to work here? I’ve never felt more disrespected at a government office and clearly the people who work the front hate their jobs. The way you treat customers shows in the reviews and not exaggerated. Would rather not give them my business again.

Why was the drive-through mailbox replaced with this one? What is the point of this, if we now need to get out of the car and walk over to it to put mail in the tiny slot? What was wrong with the one that had a drop-chute that you could reach from your car??

Always Rude, never helpful!These people must hate their jobs to always be rude and so rude!Went to the post office office off Elliot Rd. That was outstanding service and greeted with a smile.

Went in to send a bunch of certified mail. I waited specifically until a slow time of day, went in with one other customer in the entire building. Without even looking at me, the supervisor told the employee that “she needs to go to a different location because we don’t have the manpower for that”. Flat out refused to send my mail. Lazy
