My local post office doing the best they can, always friendly and professional. It’s the post office not the Four Seasons people. Give it a rest with the one star reviews, moderate your expectations and be human. You’re gonna wait in line. Sometime for long time. Suck it up.

Unfortunately as my local post office, I have no other option than to have mail delivered through this post office. It is extremely common for mail to go missing and never be delivered (or delivered to the wrong mailbox). Over the past 6 months alone I have experienced at least 6 packages/letters go missing, including 2 different drivers licenses (eventually had to have the MVD hold onto the license to pick it up in person), package worth about $200 that they delivered to the wrong location and never rectified (claim was denied bc records showed delivery, even though it was mis-delivered to the wrong place), and a letter of explanation that they themselves allegedly mailed that is necessary to file an appeal for the aforementioned claim. Gross incompetence all around. If they’re understaffed (which I’m sure they are), then I’d rather have a longer wait and actually receive my mail than have whatever they’re doing now, which seems to be just throwing it away so they don’t have to deal with it

They simply do not care about their customers. Not once do they answer their phone and if you try to go in, there is always a long line with a long wait. This is not the clerks or the mail carrier's faults. Its the incompetence of the management. USPS is notorious for being poorly managed country wide.

I like to give employees in any establishment the benefit of the doubt, but every single time I have shipped from this post office, I have stood in line for no less than 15 minutes. This makes it very challenging to incorporate trips to this post office into the day, as it has been a 45+ minute ordeal to get a tracking number on a prepaid shipping label every time I have come here…and I live 6 minutes away.

If you have something super important take it somewhere else or get a boatload of insurance. Unfortunately they've lost my mail at this location and all they have told me is to go online LOL the world needs ditch diggers too I guess

Beautiful service I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I’ve never really been in the post office much but glad to have a great experience like this. Maria really helped me out and she had a very positive work attitude.Thank You!
