Packages don't always get checked in, why do I pay for tracking? At the moment I have 2 packages in limbo and well past the expected delivery date!! Should I make my mailman pick up and scan EVERY item? I think we need to send DOGE in!

They turn off phones before they close. Can’t get ahold of anyone while they’re open. Their hours are mon-fri 8:30am-4:30pm yet calling on a Thursday at 3:30pm is “not within normal working hours” as said by the automated message.

I wish I could give no stars. I have a business to run and need the self service to actually open at 6am. But every time I go it's a toss up if the doors will be unlocked. And if I can actually get in it's another toss up if the self kiosk is actually working. How difficult is it to open a door at 6am and keep your machines running so they can actually be used. Every time I go in there I am met with an unpleasant person, so you'd think since it's an issue actually working that you'd want to keep your lobbies open so you don't have to deal with the customers anymore. However manages this post office isn't doing their job... It's one of the most unpleasant parts of my day having to deal with such horrible service on a daily basis.

This is a great post office. They ship out your packages same day if you have them there by 4:30pm. Excellent clerks and Cody is super professional and helpful.

I recieved a white envlope from the PO returning my manilla envelope which was an ebay order. Everything in the envelope that USPS damaged was returned except the 2 fridge magnets which were packed in a smaller manilla envelope. The 3 business cards enclosed were not torn which is strange because the envelope was torn in pieces. I suspect foul play. I will be heading to the PO the morning and expect a refund. I also noticed that no one from this PO responds to our reviews.

This post office has been holding a package for over a week and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. I’ve called multiple times and no one will answer. It’s ridiculous, because the automated tracking when calling USPS 800 number states to reach out to the post office to verify the shipping address. It’s impossible to do when no one will answer the phone there.

They get one star because I didn't have the option of choosing negative stars. Trying to reach anyone on the phone at this government facility is impossible. First, I get a message telling me I have reached them after hours...it was 9:30 a.m. on a Wednesday, they are open until 4:30 p.m. I called multiple times and then finally someone answered the phone HOWEVER, once they realized they had answered a call with a live person on the end, they hung up. Now when I call I don't even get the automated system, straight to voicemail. Extremely aggravating when all I want to do is check the status of keys that were ordered for a new mailbox. I have not had mail since late January and they said I am not able to pick up my mail at the facility, then they tell me any mail older than 30 days will be returned. Why return it when I am here trying to pick it up? Makes no sense! Now I understand why dogs dislike the mailman so dam much!

I recently had to mail out multiple certified letters, which required manual entry into the system, making the process time-consuming. After experiencing less-than-helpful service at my local USPS—where I was told to come back and do only 10 at a time, which made no sense—I decided to visit multiple locations to avoid placing the workload on one single person.
When I arrived at this particular USPS location with 65 certified letters, I was greeted by Phil, who was not only incredibly polite but also the fastest and most efficient USPS employee I’ve encountered. Despite the large number of letters, Phil handled the task professionally, never once complaining or making me feel like an inconvenience. His positive attitude and work ethic truly stood out compared to other locations I had visited, and I greatly appreciated his patience and efficiency.
If you’re looking for outstanding customer service, Phil is the person to see. He made what could have been a stressful process smooth and seamless. Thank you, Phil, for your professionalism and kindness!

Why have a phone if you're never going to answer. Package boxes are so hard to open that it broke the key and I cannot get any assistance
