There was a very long line and only two employees working. The store had no boxes or mail envelopes. This place seemed abandoned. There is one employee in particular that is very unprofessional. She is always rude to customers and has a pen she waves around that looks like a wand of some sort and waves it around and this is how she “calls next in line” she doesn’t voice for the next person to come and is rude, if no one sees her wave her pen around. This is not a good employee to have, she needs some basic training on how to address people. This is just manners and customer service. I hope whoever reads this takes action, and trains the employees better, or hire new people and hope they can do much better.

I came here at 3:45 on a Monday to ship out three bubble mailers with documents inside and then change my personal mailing address. After the transaction for the shipments, I asked what I needed to do to change my address. Bell handed me a form and asked me to step aside to fill it out. No problem, I know there are other people waiting and I step aside. A couple minutes pass and I finish my form, so I return to her window. She is nowhere to be found. Nearly ten minutes pass of me standing there and Bell returns, holding her lunchbox and water bottle. She finishes up the fwding form and then somewhat sarcastically says "oh and sorry about the wait, I didn't know you were waiting" as if she hadn't disappeared for what was presumably her ten minute break. I feel for employees who stand on their feet and don't necessarily get their breaks in - I've been there - but that was unprofessional.

It's a little ridiculous that I was home all day today and the lazy delivery driver couldn't take time to come and have me sign for the certified letter. Instead he marked it as no one home. That was a complete lie. I'll be in tomorrow to speak with a manager about this because this is the second time it's happened.

Every time i have to come in to pick up a package the staff is so nice. Very professional, polite and friendly. If I ever have to mail anything I will definitely come here.

This review is about the adobe sierra post office carrier named Kendrick. He is the best!!! He told to be patient and wait after the main downtown annex misplaced my SSI check, that was due to be here on the 15th of the month. The adobe sierra post office received the check on Saturday the 18th.Kendrick not only watched out for the check to show up, but went the extra mile and hand delivered the check to my door step in person.Again than you Kendrick for really caring.

Terrible customer service, downright rude when trying to resolve an issue with a parcel that has been incorrectly delivered. Wouldn’t give me the time, and basically refused to go look for my package. One star. So happy I don’t have to come back to this place.

If I could pick my service office it wouldn't be Sierra Adobe. Most of the individuals I have encountered here, including our mail carrier, are rude. Not only do they have a sour attitude, they refuse to take responsibility for their own misgivings. I'm in a situation where our mail carrier is refusing to deliver mail in a timely manner. I get letters post marked 1-3 weeks prior to its delivery, many were medical bills.This came about after starting a inquiry about my scheduled package pick ups being missed. When talking to the manager here I didn't get anywhere near a resolution. I had to pull out that I had cameras recording the coming-going at my home to get him to take me seriously. However, there wasn't a real resolution and now I'm stuck with a petty mail carrier that is withholding my mail.If you gain anything from my review it would be to go to the Rose Garden location if you can. They are fantastic, helpful, and provide a standard customer when needed.

They notified a collection agency that’s been bothering and harassing me where my new address was. The debt they’re trying to collect from me is not even mine. This type of stuff pisses me off. If the sender doesn’t have my address after a while since I moved, there’s probably a reason for it. Stop doing extra ish no one told y’all to do, now they’re going to be bothering me again and I hadn’t even done nothing ?

this place sucks, people can not even deliver a package, lazy people. all information was confirmed by the post office before delivery. when it arrived at this post office it was returned because people do not do their jobs. if I could give a negative star it would be - 10, this is the second time and now I am out over $80 because people are inept at their job.

Gives me a re-delivery slip because of "no secure location" (even though every other delivery service leaves it at my front door, then changes the status to pickup instead of re-delivery without my consent or knowledge, so I take a 30 minute break from work to drive there to pick it up only to be told that they can't find the package. The incompetency and lack of intelligence of these people is literally mind-blowing, how do you even mess up that bad? You should all be embarrassed

They are so short staffed and busy. I always feel bad for them when I come in after work, because for some people that is the only time they can make it and, which ends up being right before the post office closes. They tend to get busy right before they are about to close for that reason, and it seems like there is not enough employees to help out so it gets left to one or two. It's understandable that it can become exhausting and so I don't understand how people can be so inconsiderate, leaving 1 star because of their impatience. This post office is clean and the employees are friendly. They are here to help but keep in mind they are not robots!

I am a small business owner, and I do a lot of shipping so I drop boxes off at this location a few times a week. Very friendly staff and always accommodating.. Phil is my favorite, and he goes out of the way for his customers!

Post offices in general get a bad rep, but everytime I come to this location they are very helpful. I am always in and out with no stress.
