Came in to ask for passport information and the guy made me wait because he was to busy In front of me using his phone also my first time doing these and I just wanted the right information and guidance and he was so rude rushing to get the next customer when I was there first and wasn’t done with questions disappointed terribly

I use this USPS often to ship out orders for my small online used books shop. They’re always very welcoming, quick, and efficient. Long lines get taken care of with ease. The shop itself is always well organized/clean and enjoyable to peruse through while waiting or in general.

This is the best USPS ever. Wei walked in and I knew his name from the other reviews lol. I was really in a bind-I sold something on eBay on a Saturday night and was scheduled to go on vacation Sunday night. I really didn’t want to take the package on my vacation. I did some searches and found this place that had Sunday hours. It opened on time, they took my package and scanned it in with no problem. Thank you Wei!

Went to get my package sent today, was quick and staff was nice. Even gave me a pointer on what tape I should use for the next time I return a item.

The warmth, patience and professionalism of Wei and his staff seem boundless. Wei is a model of what great and personable customer service looks like: he should be a case study! It's always a pleasure to visit this place, even when the queues are long and people require specialized attention, you are always met with a smile and leave with the same. This place is like an oasis compared to the rushed and indifferent attitudes elsewhere. Again, well done to all. 5 stars overall and an extra one for Wei! :)

Exceptional service is rare these days, but that's exactly what I found at the USPS desk inside Cairns Hallmark on Bell Road.
Wei is a true professional who elevates the customer experience with unmatched character, presence, and attention to detail.
He ensures every need is met with care and precision, leaving you feeling valued and supported.
I stopped in to ship books home during my trip and was blown away by the hidden gem in this store.
While the Hallmark section is full of treasures, the real magic happens at the very back where Wei lights up the room with his warmth and expertise.
