None of the former people were here. All new employees, 3 stations, And I was at the FRONT of the queue for OVER 20 MINUTES. NONE of the folks in front could get taken care of because the staff are INCOMPETENT. Can't believe your stupid automated system doesn't do media mail.
20 minutes later and I'm still at the front and you can see that almost everybody is the same. One person got done and they took a passport in front of me even though I've been waiting.

I just moved here and ever day I have to drive from.New River to Anthem because it take a month to get a key to my home mailbox which I had to pay $40. President Trump needs to fix the Post office!

WE HAVE BEEN MISSING MAILS AND PACKAGE FROM OUR INFOMED DELIVERY. IT ALMOST FEELS LIKE SOMONE IS INTENTIONALLY NOT DELIVERING OR STEALING OUR PACKAGE.
IT SAYS DELIVERED PARCEL LOCKER. BUT WE HAVENT RECEIVED IT.
WHEN I CAME HERE I SPOKE TO ALEX AND SHE SAID SHE HAS NO IDEA BECAUSE THEY HAVE A SUBCONTRACTOR WHO DELIVERS. I AM SUPPOSED TO GET A CALL BACK FROM SUPERVISOR MEGAN WHO IS NOT HERE TODAY, AND EVEN THEIR HEAD MO IS NOT AT WORK.
ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!

I put my mail on hold since I moved and didn't have a forwarding address. I was instructed by the email from the USPS to come and get my mail at the local post office before a certain date which I did. The guy behind the counter was completely useless and not helpful at all. He went to the back to check if I had any mail there and then he said no you don't have any mail then he turns around and says the girl in the back doesn't have the key for the box that it might be in? You did not offer any additional information as far as how I can get my mail he was too busy checking out the girl in line. Complete waste of time coming up here.

FYI: SATURDAY PASSPORT WALK IN HOURS ARE SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY
I don’t want to leave a negative review because the lady I spoke with was sweet and did nothing wrong. But—the office out of nowhere cancelled walk in hours for passports and after making arrangements with a one year old and moving work appointments around to coordinate we had to turn around and waste the efforts. They said there’s no way to update the online schedule to notify patrons or leave a message on the voicemail and if we were to call ahead to confirm likely no one would answer. This is a horrible system that lacks communication when families are going to be making significant arrangements to attend. Very unfortunate that they’re this understaffed.

Update: I realize in today’s time our community is underworked and overpaid. I wish they had an option for you to pick up your mail in a system 24 hours a day if you want your mail delivered ahead of time or something to help out our postal workers.
you want to have your packages lost, then this is the post office to go to. Mail is never on time. Horrible.

“We’re with the government and we’re here to help.” (Unless we put up a piece of paper day of…) This location personifies every aspect of that idiom. Avoid this location if at all possible…

They seem to have very lazy carriers. My packages say leave at door and they still put notice in box instead of walking 20 feet to leasing office. Multiple options. Deliver to unit, leasing office, use the bigger box with key or the parcel lockers. SMH

Don't deliver packages!!! I received a missed package notification, requested a delivery, then they never came back. Had to file an inquiry to find out where it was, then was called and told I had to go pick up package because they use a third party to deliver and my house was more than 15 feet from mailbox so they can't deliver. I was charged $125 to deliver a package!! Unbelievable.

I don’t even have words for how inefficient this place is. If government / taxpayer waste were a building, it would be this one.
