This place is an absolute joke, this review is specifically for the elderly employee and the supervisor. I had an issue where USPS made a mistake for the delivery of a very important Certified email and after visiting the USPS facility multiple times and requesting follow ups, where they said they will call me back in 24-48 hours, there was no follow-up and the package is returned back to sender. When i went back to the facility to talk to the supervisor and the employee, they took no accountability, said they don't remember who they gave my contact information to, and the supervisor said she will not share any information regarding the supervisors working there, since i mentioned to her i will file a complaint for this issue, since this is because of a mistake from USPS clearly. She never aplogized on behalf of the USPS employee's mistake, and was unprofessional, such that she kept talking behind my back as i was leaving the facility.I request others to please continue to also file complaints via USPS website about these employees, so they can take actions against this behavior and realize why USPS continues to lose business.

Mandy, what a wonderful, thoughtful employee. She tracked down a package me (the gramma) sent to her only grandson who couldn’t, be home for Christmas. This elderly gramma must of put the address down incorrectly. But Mandy saved the day. She deserves recognition, she certainly gets a gold star from me!

I'm out of an $80 package because they labeled my address as vacant (I did just move in). Between 9AM when it was labeled as "sending back to sender" and 2:30pm when I drove THIRTY minutes to the post office, it was already back, reprocessed and on a truck out of the building...why is there no waiting period? why did no one knock on my door? I was literally standing in my driveway at 9am because I was getting an appliance delivered. They had to drive past my house to get to the mailbox and drive past my house to leave...why was there ZERO attempts at delivering the package. I do not have a key to the mailbox, was not given one upon moving in, so I'm also out $40 to have that rekeyed and oh yeah that could take up to 6 weeks to get done. In the meantime, my mail is on hold and I have to drive 30 minutes to this specific post office to get any mail or packages. I also will have to drive there to pick up the key because yet again they have to drive past my house to change the lock and past my house when they're done but I have to go way out of my way and go pick up the damn key. At some point I really hope the post office learns that we are paying customers and customer service is something that MOST post offices lack. Like knock on my door. Leave a "you have X amount of days to pick up your package" note on my door. SOMETHING. Automatically sending the package back to the sender is the worst option. People move all the time. People want their mail and their packages and yet it feels like the post office is all about ensuring that cant happen.

I forgot to include "APT" in the address for the package, which led to the need to pick it up here. I feel the service was fine, and I found the package within five minutes.

Okay update!!!! I was upset earlier, and might have jumped the gun. I received some advice and I was told it was a lack of laziness. So I'm going to give it some time.

Jennifer helped us at this location to set up our passports. We went to the wrong location and she still helped us with a smile! She needs a raise! She was our post office angel. Thanks for the great service.

Didn't get her name unfortunately but the woman who helped me at the counter today (she has black hair and glasses) is amazing. Great customer service and very helpful.

The postal employee that delivers mail from this office refuses to walk to doors because of a community mailbox area and always leaves pickup slips with the reason they attempted and no authorized individual was available. Have to go to a door to have an individual no one is going to stand in the mailbox area for the 4 hour range your driver comes between.

This post office has the worst customer service. With their limited hours of operation you think they would have more than 2 people at the counter trying to speed up the line.

I arrive 15 minutes before closing to pick up a package guy announces at the counter that his shift is over and he’s not taking any more customers. There was only four of us left in line and the post office is supposed to close at 1 o’clock. Super frustrated since it’s a 20 minute drive just to pick up my packages here in anthem. no wonder this location has so many bad reviews.

Be real careful of this post office. We had 2 packages get scanned in a manner that was not normal, the manager instantly admitted they are looking into a theft issue internally. I no longer can take mail delivery at my own home. AVOID.

Arrived 15 minutes before closing. The guy at counter, announces his shifts over in five minutes and isn't taking any more customers? And there was only four of us in line what happened to closing at 1 PM?

Absolute terrible post office. Plan to wait atleast a half an hour in line to mail anything. They don't accept cash either, debit or credit only. Get rid of these slow, useless workers and replace them with kiosks.

These people are horrible. When do they see there reviews and who is supervising them. Muchless who audits this Postal Service Location. Never answer the phone or respond at all.
