I have 4 packages that have not been delivered to from this post office. I’ve been waiting for them to be delivered since March 7th. I truly believe some stoled my packages. I’ve opened about 4 different disunity on these package and they keep talking about it’s fixed but nothing has changed. Every time I call they say oh will open another dispute and nothing happened.

Last year my friend from Dallas Texas sent the title for car,t,and this post office didn't delivery that the title to my address,when I was claiming about that,I couldn't find it,and I ordered the title again,by last January six didn't delivery for green car,but they posted it online as delivered to my address,when I went to this post office,they told me that we had returned that to the Uscis by February 7:2024,so why did you say that we have delivered to your address? and when I checked it with uscis my account,they delivered that to my address February 7-2024! honestly I hate lairs,because they do that with a purpose,but this is a crime under lied charge,Jesus christ is Lord,

Jose and Don are unprofessional, rude, and threatening to customer. Don said to customer “This is my house I run this show, this my country.”Don made a racist comment to a customer, threatened another customer saying: “I wish I see you outside of here”Please review the cameras and solve this matter.I will be taking legal action soon.

I paid $40 to rekey my mailbox. So they actually put the key inside the mailbox after it was rekeyed instead of leaving it with the post office. They also got the box # incorrect. How do I open the mailbox if the keys are inside?

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is horrible, Jose is rude and impatient especially with the elderly who only speak Spanish.

This is a review on passport services:So I came in a little bit early based on reviews. They only take a certain amount of people for walk in hours so I believe online it said monday-Friday 1-2pm. They were only able to take 4 people.I arrived on a Friday at 1146am, they wrote my name down and told me to take a seat.I came prepared with all documents- copies front and back, my application, picture from Walgreens, and my money orders (they do print money orders there so you can use your card).Daniel I believe his name was, took his time looking at my paper work and making sure I was good. It literally took me 15 minutes and I was on the go. They lifted a huge weight off my shoulders! I had a great experience but be mindful Fridays are super busy so come early for a passport walk in!

I have mail package that supposedly to be delivered to my address but it never came after I have given written notice to the mail carrier to come back when I be home. I waited so I have go to through they say that my package is been sent back to the senders. They didn't give me any to proof of anything that my package was been sent or not. I contacted the senders regarding the package and they haven't receive or been return to them.

Our mail carrier delivers mail to the wrong addresses so often you should pay me for how many times I’ve had to take it to the correct person.

The carrier for our area will mark USPS scheduled pickups as "complete" despite never coming to the front door. Even worse, this location does not answer their phone. All the surrounding offices do but point me back to this one since it's my jurisdiction. This location refuses to. I own a small business. My business survival depends on promised shipping timeframes to be met. I know that this is a decent paying, government job with minimal requirements. This should not be given to people that refuse to work their role.This has been reported with the Consumer and Industry Contact Office.If you have issues with this office, I strongly encourage you to escalate to the Consumer and Industry Contact office or the station manager.

I came for a scheduled passport appointment. I arrived early and they helped me right away. The gentleman assisting me was kind and I was out of there in about 8 minutes total. I recommend making an appointment online for passports.

Staff was very cruel. He acted like he hates his job and doesn't care to help customers. Don't like coming here but have NO choice, my mail is not being delivered for 2 months now. I'm very disappointed.??

Horrible customer service both in the lobby and in the service region. My outgoing mail never reached it’s destination and I often did not receive incoming mail (all were gift cards and packages). I never use the outside Mail Drop because it is usually overflowing. During the winter holiday when I went inside, there were 4 representatives and every single one was rude and implied that customer concerns and complaints were the customer’s fault. It seemed more like an interrogation than a transaction. Two were actually smiling like the were enjoying themselves. I give one star only because there is nothing lower.

What a waist of tax dollars. Usps refuses to put my package in a certified US mailbox. So I must travel to the Maryville location only to wait in line for 2 hours to be to told sorry I can't help you? Wow! Look just put the small box package in the giant mailbox you idiots. Their reasoning is it is not a secure place to leave a package. Are you kidding me what a joke. I still don't have my package.
