Worse customer service my father drove from California to to phoenix to het his package which was requested to intercept but still showed that its there at this pot office so he drove 12 hours to get back his package and associates there didn’t help at all and told him may be your package is already delivered we don’t have it there. But its been whole week package status says its at this post office. These people are not helpful at all.

The employees here went above and beyond. I had two lost packages from the carrier Saturday night who was new and the employees helped find them for me. David the supervisor was tremendous, did some digging, and found my packages. The employees were friendly too. Big kudos to Greg and Carlos for searching at night. Big Kudos to David, Ralph, Princess, Emily, and Charles at the front. Dre also helped a little. Further, I must rave about how the carriers went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful for them when I was on a hunt asking around. Caldwell was truly amazing and deserves a raise. Huge shout out to Scott, Jeremy, Char, and Matt too!

Dave the supervisor was beyond helpful when I had the worst experience at another location. He made sure my package got to me that night after the error in delivery and was very understanding when I explained the issue. Was grateful to receive help and not met with a battle. Thanks again Dave! :)

No one seems to know where I am supposed to go to get my general delivery mail delivered, I was told buckeye but they said that they never do general delivery ever...or the staff member did not want to do his job.

Garbage customer service with garbage hours of availability.SCREW YOU USPS!!ONCE AGAIN MY PACKAGE IS BEING HELD HOSTAGE AT THIS GARBAGE LOCATION INSTEAD OF DELIVERED TO MY HOME BECAUSE YOUR LAZY DRIVERS WHO LIE ABOUT NOT HAVING ACCESS TO MY APT! THE MAILBOXES WERE FIXED WEEKS AGO, THE GATES ARE OPEN TIL 8PM (THEY SHOULD HAVE A CODE REGARDLESS) AND THERE HAVE BEEN EMPTY LOCKERS ALL WEEK!

Their delivery people have officially stolen a very expensive package. They haven’t given it to me nor have they returned it to the sender in Arizona after supposedly being out for delivery. They sneakily closed the case for no reason thinking that I wouldn’t find out. I’m sure after opening and trying to steal the package they saw it was of no use to them, threw it out and falsely closed the case. USPS and an entity are CRIMINALS

Didn’t even knock on the door when “attempting” to deliver my package. Left a note immediately without even trying. Went to go pick up my package and they told me they were closed when their business hours online and on the door say otherwise? Tried calling to talk to someone and it just went to voicemail saying they are closed? And the employee we spoke to was very rude.

Stolen packages! See how they click the buttons but never attempt to deliver then it’s “returned to sender” or “pickup in person” then you go and it’s not there. Someone is stealing mail at USPS here and is working for USPS. Just shameful. Awful behavior.
