Hard to see the rating on this specific office.
But the front desk staff shows how much they dislike themselves by how they talk to and treat the people they are paid to serve.
Anyone could tell the lives they're living by how they treat and speak to others.

I've dropped packages off 2 days ago and they still have not updated tracking. The blue bins are ment to drop off with out needing to go to the counter. Why have them if yall dont check them

5 stars because this particular associate doesn’t take any BS and she shouldn’t have to. Guy clogging up the line because he is having packages shipped to a username and can’t verify it’s his account otherwise. So, FYI - don’t come here and expect them to bend the rules for you.

I'm disappointed in this location. I dropped off a letter containing my rent in it at the mail boxes outside. It was never delivered. I also called in to see if there was a way to track it, I was told by a rep that there was a new location in phx and that it would take a few extra days to get to the destination which was a lie. Because I had a conversation with one of the workers at the site. And they stated that there was no new facility's in the area.

The worst service in Phoenix: the packages are lost and never reach their destination, and the worst thing is that they don't help you recover anything, they just say they don't take responsibility.

This entire office and everyone of their staff could be replaced with a wing nut and some duct tape. Useless Federal employees each and every one. Can't deliver to the right address, answer their phone or much of anything else. My neighbor from across the street and 2 houses down just delivered my mail that the USPS idiot left in his box. This happens all the time. These careless nitwits cannot perform even the simplest of tasks.

I don't understand why I always have issues with USPS any other carrier is never a problem but with USPS then they always want to charge something for redelivery this is getting ridiculous and out of hand

Elizabeth is really unkind to customers. Someone needs to speak with her and retrain her in the ways of customer service. It doesn't make me feel good speaking to people the way she speaks to others so idk how she can stomach being the way she is.

I always go to this location to ship or drop off packages I like the people who work here they're so friendly all the time and with a smile on their face. But the only thing I don't like is that they always have big lines at least 20 to 30 min to get to my turn. I hope they hire more people who can help in the front. I see a lot of them walking but it looks like they don't have access to help customers in the front. Looks like they're bringing an automated system outside we can scan and pay instead of going in it.

I have 4 packages that have not been delivered to from this post office. I’ve been waiting for them to be delivered since March 7th. I truly believe some stoled my packages. I’ve opened about 4 different disunity on these package and they keep talking about it’s fixed but nothing has changed. Every time I call they say oh will open another dispute and nothing happened.

The mail drop box is almost accessible to a handicapped person you must exit your vehicle to use the drive up box and there is a 6 or ,8" curb in-between the drive and the box MAJOR trip hazard fails every federal ADA regulation on the books.I'm a contractor and I have to meet those regulations every single day
