Absolute joke of a business. Paid 40 dollars to have my mailbox re-keyed. After 2 weeks of waiting, I was told they lost the work order and was demanding I pay another 40 bucks. At that point I had to wait another 2 weeks for the replacement. At that point, they accidentally changed the neighbors mailbox instead of mine. When I addressed this with the manager, he assured me and shook my hand, said that they would have this resolved within the week. It still is not fixed... it has been over a month since I've had any access to my mail. And the people at this post office are incompetent, rude, and obviously cannot or will not do their job. They refuse to refund my money and have not provided any kind of service whatsoever.

I have tried 5 times to get my mail forwarded from Tucson. Nobody at this location can tell me why it isn't being forwarded. I am fed up!

Frank our mail carrier does a great job getting our mail to us. He is efficient, but will take the time to answer a question. Also, the counter staff in the office have always treated me well.

I've been coming to this location for years and I've found the customer service to be very good. I do have to counter a bad review by debbie bunker regarding Gail. Gail is the kindest person and has great customer service. She has an infectious laugh that she shares with many of her customers and I always look forward to seeing her. I've never seen Gail disrespect anyone, but of course I'm not there all the time. To say the terrible things that Debbie said about Gail makes be believe that Debbie literally blamed Gail personally for her issues, and she may have been angry with Gail (Clearly) but there's only so much that Gail can do. Debbie may have been angry, which has happened to all of us. Mail issues are frustrating, but to make a review like that, tells me that maybe Debbie needs to look in the mirror.

Does anyone actually work here? I've been trying to call for 3 days and no one answers the phone.
I am in the process of moving and they are refusing to deliver packages to my new address because the house is empty... So they're returning my belongings to the other side of the country. I called the USPS 800 number just to talk in circles with an automated system for an hour.

Terrible customer service Tyler very inexperienced at his job Gail, the supervisor, unbelievable no compassion no understanding no common sense no kindness no wonder our world is upside down with somebody like her in it. I’m sure it’s very hard for her to sleep realizing that she is not a good person not helpful. I paid $60 to have two envelopes sent overnight. They were supposed to be delivered by 6 PM. They were not I could not get a refund why guarantee it I am very very disheartened. When possible I use FedEx or UPS

Post mail carrier left a note saying they tried delivering the package but no one was home. But my wife, kids, and I were home all day. No one rang the bell, which is hooked up to a camera. They never even approached the door, which would have picked up their motion. Ridiculous.

My 25 year old son needed to obtain a mailbox key from this post office for his new apartment. I don’t know what he did wrong, but when he explained he had never been inside a post office before to the black woman employee, she sarcastically told him, “Well it’s time to grow up, sweety boy!”. How rude and inappropriate! Maybe the post office needs to start monitoring customer service and weed out these miserable people!
I wonder how DOGE might be able to make the USPS more efficient and pleasant to deal with… 🤔
