Usps misdelivered my package. At first I thought they just forgot to leave a parcel locker key so I went in and talked to someone about it and they said it was at a completely different address..he said he'd give my number to a supervisor. Never heard back so I went again and they said that they located the carrier and hopefully will deliver it back to the right address and again give my number to the supervisor. I told them I expect a call from them today and if not, I'll be coming back tomorrow to hassle them again. Incompetence at it's finest. I'm having my contacts shipped directly to costco from now on..very shameful

The absolute WORST postal team. I put in the fowarding address for my father, showed proof of my power of attorney and their carrier is still sending mail back to the sender. I have came up there showed every document imaginable and they still cant get this right. Its sad how inept they are.

I have had several greeting cards damaged in the mail....both sent out and those received. Looks like someone is looking for $$$. Flaps have remained intack..but envelope ends torn or slit open. The only constant is my home post office.

They just keep returning all my mail to sender. I’ve called and explained that they should stop doing that, got mail for a day or two, and then they just went back to sending everything back. USPS customer service was as confused as I was but it sounds like they have a habit of doing this. Why?

Yesterday i went into the post office because my mail wasn’t being delivered. I waited 45 minutes in line while the clerk stood there talking to another customer about his toxic relationship she called me up after she was done and literally called me a liar told me i wasn’t getting my mail because i was an idiot she went on to yell at me told me i should be more responsible about checking my mailbox. I let her know i was checking my mailbox and she kept saying i was lying yet the id i had in my hand was from delivered in the mail a week prior to the visit yesterday she claimed i had not checked my mail in a month and a half and kept on callin me a liar. I never was disrespectful to this woman i stood there and asked her politely to stop screaming at me im going to post a photo i took of her as she proudly posed for after belittling me she needs to be corrected and punished her actions were uncalled for. She has little to no respect for anyone she is rude and condescending needs to be retrained or fired. I would give this post office zero stars if i could.

I haven't encountered a more courteous, patient, and professional staff at another USPS. These folks interact with, and help, some of the most foul people I've come across. The sense of entitlement and general surliness of customers at a USPS rivals the DMV, and this location (after many visits) deals with them with grace. A cheers to them because I couldn't do the same!

A Long line but a very helpful staff. I was grateful that they were able to manage my problem when the issue was on my end. Reasonably clean, just an old building.

The drivers never leave anything in my package slots, we have 25 of them. They left a note saying it could be picked up at the office, I go and the woman says it's the sixth we don't have the package the driver is still out with an attitude like I'm supposed to know when the driver didn't say come tomorrow or at this time. The gentleman in front of me was picking something up and his clerk went and found out where the driver and was told the driver would be back in ten and to wait she'll get it when it comes in. I ask if the driver is almost back and she says no they get back at five, it was 4:10 so some drivers must get back earlier, the other clerk goes oh that's another driver, how the hell would you know if it's a different driver. I don't want to bring race into it but I was the only one different then the other three and treated like s**** Ridiculous and awful service.

This post office is horrible!!!! Specifically our letter carrier (or carriers)!!! I get a certified letter every month, it's a check that I depend on, our carrier is supposed to get a signature which means they have to walk their lazy asses to our door and get a signature. Well for the last three months they just put a notice in the mailbox saying nobody home to get a signature which means I have to go to the post office to sign for it myself. Now if I wasn't home I'd understand, but I work from home so they are just flat out lying!!!! The worst part is that I can only go Saturday morning to pick it up because their hours are the same hours I work!!!!! Great customer service j*** offs! And you wonder why you're going out of business!!! Good riddance to the Us Postal Service! You certainly won't be missed!

Place has no sense of urgency, none at all, I have gone in multiple times and have waited over 30 mins in line to send a packageGranted they do a good job shipping but hey kinda their job.But this about post office overall, all clerks are very slow and laid back, regardless if 1 clerk is open or 4 open. All of them move at the exact same pace which is slow.They close on the dot everyday no chance of them doing you a favor letting you in a minute past closing which is always changing.Nice facility overall just need some workers who want to move a line down and perform their job with some urgency no one wants to wait in line for half an hour

Now I understand why the term going "postal" is associated with the post office. Lost packages, no mailbox key to date which I requested in February, long waits and attitude. Drug addicts in the lobby harassing customers and they do nothing. They should do the community a favor and stop touching our mail with such disregard.

My father worked for the post office at the buckeye annex for 25 years! He'd be ashamed of this branch! Carriers provide horrible service to houses! If & when we move (We hope the service will improve)! This is why the Post Office needs to go Private! There seems to be a major lack of work ethic (pay me but, I shouldn't have to work for it mentality). Terrible!

Same staff for many years. Very nice to people and help with a smile. Move through the line well so waiting feels shorter. When line is longer folks come from back to help.
