After almost a year riding with a broken bumper (May 2023), my kids’ father found Valdez Auto Body, by doing a quick google search and seen the reviews (HUGE THANK YOU TO HIM ALSO), sent them pictures for an estimate, and I was given a quote and thought it was floored by the price!!! I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome.
03/25/24 I had dropped off my car and Maria had been the one I was in contact with, from start to finish. She did let me know, upon arrival, that they would do another inspection, since the car is now in their presence, and of course, found other damage that I couldn’t have been able to see, so she did let me know the price would change, but not by much.
After I had given her the keys, she had seen I was sitting on the curb and she offered for me to sit on her porch, as I waited for my Uber, to take me to get my rental, and also offered me water. Throughout the whole process she had updated me and let me know where they were at, and what was next to come.
On 03/29/24 she had let me know he was finishing up with a piece (one of a few) she had mentioned was in need of replacing when she/they had inspected the car, and said it would be ready by 1-1:30p. I had picked up car and it really was like seeing her off the lot! They did an IMMACULATE job!
What was also the highlight of this whole experience, was they decided to fit me in, although he was ready for his vacation!!!!!! I also met the whole family and they are phenomenal all around!
I seriously was floored, I couldn’t (and still can’t) have been more ecstatic about my “like new” car again!
Thank you SO MUCH VALDEZ FAMILY for deciding to take me in LAST MINUTE, the all around incredible customer service and taking such great care of my car!!!!
Highly highly HIGHLY recommend!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would! Let me explain why.They are a family owned business who know what they are doing and their rate is really reasonable. But what impressed me was their comitment to the job. They quoted me about 30% lower than other places i inquired to get one of my truck's door painted, so i went there because it was cheap. I needed to sell the truck so i told them all i needed was a cheap job and would appreciate it if they could apply the leftover paint over other scratches i had on the truck.And I go to pick my truck a week later and I was shocked (in a nice way) to see that they painted an entire extra door, just because they wanted me to get good offer on the truck. And yes, the job was flawless!

I bought my car used from a private seller & it had damage to the front bumper, but I didn't mind because I figured I would take it to a body shop. I contacted Valdez Auto Body & Maria was very helpful & had me text her pictures of my car & the damage & within 10 minutes sent me an estimate! I made an appointment to take my car to them & got the work done in 3 days. This place does an amazing job! I highly recommend them to anyone who has damage to their car. The fact that they are a family owned business & had great reviews says a lot about them. I plan on telling all my friends about them!Services: Painting

The best customer service I have received in a while. My vehicle was hit and had cosmetic damage. Valdez Auto was able to get it into their shop the next day. The communication was great, I received frequent updates. The only delay was waiting on parts from the manufacturer. I would recommend Valdez Auto to everyone who wants a pleasant and affordable experience.

Writing this review is nowhere near going to be able to express the gratitude I have for Valdez Auto Body. Since the day I called them they were a huge blessings in my life. Valdez Auto Body was amazing and caring about my situation, my entire care was damaged due to let’s just vandalism, and they concern and sincerity went beyond just the repairs to my vehicle. Robert and Maria were great with updates, response time, and just truly showing that they cared through every step of the way. They even were able to help with some information I needed that had no regards to auto repair and more towards real estate. The auto body work on my truck was phenomenal, and I cannot literally I don’t even know how to thank them. If you are looking for real and genuine this is the place to call.
