The staff at extra space storage have great customer service especially with this being my first time renting storage and I’m out of state the manager Ronnie was very reassuring about how protected my items would be.

I made a reservation here on Saturday afternoon for Monday morning but was unsure if I would actually need the space. As it turned out I did not. The whole experience of reserving and cancelling was outstanding. They could not have been more accommodating. If a need arises in the future I will definitely use this storage company!

We had the pleasure of meeting Ronnie today while trying to move a truck load of stuff to my sister’s new storage unit. He was kind and courteous and incredibly helpful. As soon as I saw the storage unit, I knew we’d be needing 3 times the space. Almost instantly he was able to locate another unit that fit our needs. He was so reassuring and sweet to my elderly mother who was very stressed about the small space. He’s even coming in early tomorrow to make sure our move goes smoothly. He’s not only a great manager, he’s a really great guy! 10 stars!!!
