My nephew loves this place and more importantly so does his mom! She loves the staff and the regional director and on site director too! They are awesome!

The staff here know that I absolutely love this location. We have been attending this child care for 7 years and have ZERO complaints. My oldest started here at 2 and my youngest started as a newborn. The staff here truly are family and treat my children as if they are aunts, moms and grandmas. If I ask my kids if they want to stay home or go to daycare they are always saying go to daycare. The school is very clean and the staff is top notch. They truly care about every child and ensuring that they are learning all the time. My oldest tested into kindergarten early because of the skills and teaching of all the amazing teachers here.Special shout-out to Ms. Felicity, Ms. Sandy, Ms. Lucretia, Ms. Ruby, Ms. Jen and the director is Ms. Lisa who are always having an amazing impact on my daughters. I highly recommend this location for any parent needing a daycare for their children.

I was looking for a new daycare for my 1yo. Unfortunately, these people gave me and my husband the run around. Toured 10/20/22, was told I would be contacted by the admissions to enroll my child and emailed the paperwork so he could start the following Monday by the director. Still haven’t received anything and it’s 3 days later. My husband called 10/21/22 to notify them that we hadn’t received anything, despite the director verbally confirming everything the day I tour. My husband was told I didn’t tour Thursday, but last week instead, which is false. They also told him it takes two business days to enroll children n that the director has to send paperwork… So my child couldn’t start until Tuesday, even though the director herself told me when I toured that he could start the following Monday 10/24/22. I also called a few hours after my husband and someone took my info down for the 3rd time. Very odd and frustrating. Thankfully, I found somewhere else that’s wonderful.

We love this place! I have 3 children that have each been here over the last 10 years. I keep coming back! My kids learn so much and are definitely prepared for their next venture when they leave here. The staff is so caring and genuinely love your kids as theirs. Any issues are promptly addressed and handled. I trust them wholeheartedly. Lisa has done such a great job over the years and has built a strong family with the staff and parents, we DON'T go anywhere else ?

My son was only there for maybe a month and a half since day 1 the director was pretty rude and ignorant, not friendly at all. Ever since he started going literally there would always be an incident every week, especially biting... I understand kids will be kids but biting to the point where it would caused broken skin and on sensitive areas (side of stomach & underneath his arm) was not acceptable. I was terrified and was not comfortable at all leaving my son there. There's been plenty of times I wouldn't notice anything on him until after I would get home. When they're supposed to inform you and have you sign an incident report I only did that once and because it was the teacher who told me about it! Never again will I be going back to that daycare.

My daughter has been going there for almost 4 years. Not only are the prices affordable, location is perfect spot but my daughter’s safety and the safety of all the children are the main priority. The teachers are involved with the children and tale the time to assure that each child is where they need to be with learning, social skills and mannerisms. We don’t ever feel like we are just dropping our daughter off at just another daycare, the teachers and director are amazing and feel more of a family setting rather than some ladies watching your children. I want my child to love and enjoy the environment she is in while Learning everything she needs to know to prepare her for kindergarten and the school years ahead of her and here at Valley Child Care & Learning Center is where we feel comfortable knowing our daughter is cared for here.

My pre k 5 year old had never been in any type of day care previously. The experience I've had with this location has been stellar. My son had a difficult time with the transition initially, but the encouragement and love we both received from the staff has been overwhelmingly incredible.

Personally, it was a horrible experience. Had my girls in 3 of their daycares and the last stop at the Union Hills site was horrible. The leadership there were biased, unprofessional, & rude. They were found by an independent PhD to be "ignoring their own company's policies","confused about the laws regarding mandating reporting and failed to have "appropriate professional boundaries". Avoid them at all costs

Hands down best daycare ever! My son came here at 2 years old, had speech delays and wasnt fully potty trained yet.. They helped me finish potty training him, and his speech dramatically improved! He is now almost 6 and about to go to kindergarten. Thank you cactus preschool for loving my child like your own and taking such good care of him while I work full time. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my life.
