Watch out if you are transgender. I have been taking a total of 8mg a day of Estradiol (Estrace). Then I see this PA Connor J McIntyre for the first time, he runs labs and saw that my estrogen levels were over 600.Now he wants to lower my dose to only 4 mg total a day.So ladies if your looking for serious transformation and breast growth, stear clear of Connor. He is clearly not an endocrinologist and is in the dark for MTF transgender hormones regime.

Love this location, clean friendly staff makes going to the Dr. a breeze.. not to mention the nurses are wonderful and knowledgeable. Even giving a blood sample does not even hurt.. they are great!! The dental clinic is wonderful DR SHAW IS THE BEST DENTIST IN THE BUILDING !

In the years I have been going there, I have never once seen an actual doctor. They have no overall quality of care, and even the PA you're assigned to drop like flies and there's no way to establish any relationship with anyone if you need ACTUAL medical care. I even had to buy my own crutches after 2 years of them dragging their feet. (I need a double hip replacement, mind you). Now, they are refusing to refill life-saving meds because I could not get anyone to reschedule a follow-up after the last PA bailed. It's time to look for a malpractice lawyer and somewhere else to go. I'd rather be sick than deal with these people any longer.

Kortni Jones is a terrible provider on every level. What the other reviewer said about her is true. She is extremely self-centered, condescending, and dangerous for the patients. I do not understand how she practices at mcdowell. The frustration of having to talk to her when ill is unbearable. She has a very limited ability to listen. She must hate her job, or her patients because she holds the well being and health of her patients hostage.

My mom sees dr.kathleen Norman. She had her hysterectomy done by this so called doctor. The best part about it is my mother loved her and when she had issues going on recently she was very excited to go back to her and only wanted to see her and raved about this doctor. Until she did go back. This doctor had her go get tests and X-rays done, and when it was time for her next appointment to go over results this Kathleen said to my mother at the appointment oh I haven't gone over them yet. My mom has not heard a word from her in over a month! How ridiculous. You become a doctor to help people and then you ignore them? What is that. It's not acceptable health care I will tell you that! People deserve to be heard and especially my mother! This half ass doctor is ridiculous. What kind of person DOCTOR hears their patient tell them something is wrong and are in pain and put them through more just to ignore them completely. Screw that your a bad doctor!

I have been a patient with this clinic, since it was the McDowell Clinic, starting back in the late 90's. I have received some of the best HIV care here. Without them, I may not be here today. 28yrs undectable.

Just had my primary care Dr. Leave Valleywise, again. I can’t build a relationship with a provider since they all seem to move on from this place after a year or so. I’m guessing the working conditions here are not the best or they move on to better opportunities.

WOW! So I just moved here from Los Angeles and being HIV+, I was worried weather I would be getting the same level of care as I did in Los Angeles. As long as took to, first get my insurance here and second, to finding a provider that will listen, yes, maybe even chuckle, at my crazy ?'s, but at Valleywise, they listened intently and to all my concerns, EVEN, for some, like a beautiful lady, Karen, who listened while I had a bit of a meltdown and provided me some resources to help me me through for, THAT is customer service at it's VERY best, which is hard to find these days !! So thank you to the entire team at Valleywise on Central.

Place is a joke! Valleywise charges your insurance as a hospital visit be aware. You may get a copay and they screw you over on a well woman's exam and charge your insurance wrong and still don't get it right after you fight it. Stay away from this company. Super sad how they take advantage of people
