I went in there to purchase some items I use my card I guess I pulled it out too soon out of the chip reader and all of a sudden the register stopped working and the cashier was acting as if I had broken their machine simply by pulling my card out to soon if that is the case and they don't have some type of backup plan for such a thing occurring I think that is ridiculous and that the store is not meeting technology standards and they were acting like I had done something wrong they started ringing everybody up that was behind me ahead of me on a different register I will never go back there again it is very dirty unkempt and they acted like it was my fault and they were punishing me by letting everyone go ahead of me.I was almost late to an appointment that I had as well and one of the ladies started acting like she was my mother telling me that I needed to calm down when I wasn't even excited all because I jumped in the line ahead of everybody as I was to begin with I had of everybody

Seems like everytime I'm out of town I have to stop in for something I've forgotten. Came across this location. It was ok just very old and appeared to be a bit cluttered.

Unnerving and upsetting experience. I was called TRASH, among other things. I went into Dollar Tree this evening, 4/21 @ roughly 8pm. I needed to return an unused item. I asked the manager, (Vee) for clarification on the exchange/return policy. Out of nowhere a large, intimidating associate (Robb) begins an argument with me. Long story short he says that I am not pretty and that I am trash. The manager (Vee)tells him to calm down (he didn't). He continued to say mean things to me, while I silently stared at him. But after asking the Vee about the situation, she sides with him (Robb). Keep in mind while Robb is attempting to degrade me, he has three or more customers in his line that he is ignoring. I told him calmly twice that his customers were waiting to be helped. He disregarded what I said and eventually went to the back of the store. He did this instead of ringing up waiting customers. I was shocked and appalled by my treatment. Btw, my experience earlier in the day with an associate Datoka was very pleasant. He's super nice and customer focused.

I came here this morning to pick up my grandmother birthday balloons. A couple of the employees were so rude! Just because you're not having a great morning, you should not try and start your customers day off the same. They should be sent off with a smile. You guys are in the wrong business ladies
