Ordered a couch off of a separate service...first of all, they sent me an email that made it seem like someone else had signed for and stolen the couch, second of all they told me they would attempt delivery between 9 am and noon then tried to deliver the couch at 5:40 am, and were mad at me about it. Now it’s been 5 days, and I have not gotten a response from the guy who is supposed to be coordinating delivery. It’s starting to look like I’m going to have to get a lawyer involved, this is absurd...

I ordered some cabinets through Home Depot and was not aware of which shipping company they chose to send me my purchase. I received a call the day before the intended ship date and called to confirm it only to be told it was too late I would have to wait until the next available ship date in my area. As it turns out that date would be another week and a half. Seriously... you provide your customer one day notice to confirm shipping and then turn around and ship it almost 2 weeks later. This is completely unacceptable and horrible customer service... Of which I will be taking up with Home Depot.

We ordered a table online which uses this shipping company. Beware they are extremely slow- we called today to check why our item that had been shipped two weeks ago has not arrived yet, and it'll has been sitting on a truck this whole time! "Waiting for the space in the truck to fill up" Poor business.

I ordered baby furniture from an outside source that uses this delivery service. I am VERY dissapointed with customer service it's been over a week that my items have been there, but they are saying the truck is broke down and they don't have a single clue as to when the issue will be fixed.
