The sales people will purposely be deceiving in order to sell, who knew. Do not purchase screen protectors , they claim all you have to do is call company to have screen protectors sent to you, but fail to mention you cannot call (literally no phone number) and once you register your product (online ) you must pay ridiculous shipping fee for every “free” screen protector.

I genuinely wholeheartedly won’t ever recommend this company to anyone. & I feel bad for the employees who are amazing & honest.
This company lacks transparency honesty & integrity. We have been misled, misinformed & robbed from our right to make a decision that will benefit us. The sales person that convinces us to upgrade our phones .He stated all we had to do was turn in our already own iPhones to upgrade get the discount & to get the new Apple Watch with no activation fees. See I ask a lot of questions for this reason, what will be our total cost of our bill with the plans , will there be any hidden fees , regarding the upgrades or because of the Apple Watches & he reassures us no not at all and would explain himself that because we had the iPhone 15 pro max & traded it in it gives us a credit so pretty much the phone we traded in will be paying that credit . And that he will waive all activation fees for the Apple Watch. He seemed sooo trustworthy we put our trust in these employees just to find out they cut our service because we didn’t pay the remaining balance on the phones from the upgrade we called went to the store and nobody wanted to honor what was told to us nobody wanted to take accountability for misleading us . & they hit us with the contract states , but you know what’s even more messsed up? that the guy helping us stated so the next page will be the contract all you gotta do is sign I already explained everything that’s in here so you don’t have to read it even when we were trying just to make sure & he said yeah everything I said is in here you can just sign so we can get this going like pressuring us to trust and just move past it , we put our full on trust just to get screwed over. Not only were we lied to & mislead all these hidden fees started coming up nothing that that sales person said was accurate & it’s a shame one comes to look for what benefits us but clearly they’re greedy looking to take advantage of whoever they can & not even have a care in the world to be honest & truly help the customers. The lack of honest transparency takes away the right from us customers to make a decision that will best benefit us . It’s just plain greed on your part .

I spoke with Danny the rep there, all he wanted to do is push me off to customer.services . He had no interest in what i had to say.. his last words to me was, have a nice day Sir. Danny need to fine a better fitting job that fits his personality.

Staff was very accusatory towards their sister Tempe store, for trying to help me, and sending me over. I tried to upgrade last week (my account was accessed) but waited till payday, so I could do the bill first.
Paid the bill today, tried to get my phone, (account accessed again by Tempe) but they were out of stock. Got sent over to this location where they refused to help me because I was using my Mobile ID, not my physical one. Today has been a massive waste of time and gas
Just found out from a great ex customer in store that she finished switching to T-Mobile, and it was easy.

I see this store hides or pays to have the bad reviews removed. Third time to visit this store and Eric and Brian are totally incompetent. Same issue and they are totally clueless what they are doing. Eric is rude and just trying to sell me a new phone to get his commission. When I said I was not upgrading because my iphone is only a year old, then he told me to just call customer service 800-number. Rude unprofessional service!!!!

I went to this Verizon store with a question about my bill. Had to endure a high power sales pitch by Eric to upgrade my phone. When I said it is not in my budget right now. he got rude, hostile and said that I could just call customer service and not waste his time in the store. Totally rude and a jerk!

Trying to get them to add my phone numbers in phone so people can call me. No one wants to take the time to add them to my phone .

I went in Verizon around 5pm on 5/10/2024, Gabino helped me thru the process to upgrade my phone and other things, to name a few he went over and beyond and helped me put on a screen protector i brought for the new phone and lens protectors.
The guy was was very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly.
Most of the time I have a hard time at Verizon, but Gabino is the guy!
Take good care of him, because he is a worthy access to your company!
Thanks Gabino you rock!

Went in on a weekday around 2pm and was helped right away. Michelle was v helpful, friendly, good service. Bought a new phone, changed plans, picked up the wifi box to try their wifi and ditch cox.

Michelle the manager was rude ! Told me her job wasn’t resolutions but sales ! Also not only the meaning of why I was there was important I also had my child who was upset with me. And her attitude made it an even more overwhelming horrible experience for me. She obviously hates her job. And I called and complained and will continue to do so. You would think for the amount of service I pay for they would pick better people. Especially to be managers. I’ve never had a problem at this location and it’s my first time dealing with her. Worst experience by far. Then I spoke to the GM all he did was give a nonchalant apology. Other than these two the store is usually great to me.
