Eric and Brian were so kind and helpful.It was so easy to obtain what I needed and walk out with a new device. I was in and out within a short period of time. They were very professional and down to earth! I enjoyed my time and experience with them and this location :)I’ll be back to this location specifically when I need something in the future. Smashed my phone last night, was in and out with a new phone in under an hour. Johanna had incredible customer service skills! Thinking about breaking my phone again just to go see them

Completely useless for phone plan changes or setting up new plans. They gave us a post it note, and told us to call the 800 number. We tried it, and it was to switch phones to an existing plan, not to set up a whole new plan like we wanted. Basically because we weren't buying a new phone, they didn't want to help us. I think this location doesn't make any money unless they sell sell phones and they don't care about helping with existing customers. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Unfortunately this is the Verizon closest to my house, and every time I go in they become less and less helpful and the charges and random fees get higher and higher. When I bought my Verizon iPhone and screen protector, I was told that if the screen protector broke, I could go to any Verizon and get it replaced. I went to another Verizon up in Cave Creek the first time it cracked because I was in the area anyway and they replaced it for free with no issue. I didn’t want to make the drive up there again when the new screen protector cracked, so I went in to this one as it’s only a few blocks away from my house and was told I had to file a claim with the screen protector company and they would send me a new one and then this Verizon could put it on for me. So I paid the $13 in shipping and got a new screen protector, but when I went into the same location the next time, I was told that I had to pay $30 to have it put on because they’re a “corporate Verizon“. I don’t know what the difference is, but the customer service is always awful, and I would have just driven back up to Cave Creek at this point rather than spending the extra money on shipping and now them telling me they’re going to charge me some other random fee. Honestly go anywhere else.

While the in-store sales rep was friendly, I cannot recommend Verizon. I experienced technical difficulties while uploading my ID to the Verizon website, so I went into their store for assistance. After calling the help center, the sales rep and I were told that my account had confirmed fraud, despite me providing them with 2 forms of ID, my social security number, a credit check, and billing and shipping address.The call center agent and the sales rep said there was nothing they could do and no information they could give me. It is demoralizing, confusing, and frustrating to be told that you are committing fraud with your own information. There was no way to rectify the situation or confirm my identity, because the forms of verification (ID and SSN), were rejected. Because of these reasons, I cannot recommend Verizon as a service or a store. If you are looking to be treated like a person, look elsewhere.

Michelle the manager was rude ! Told me her job wasn’t resolutions but sales ! Also not only the meaning of why I was there was important I also had my child who was upset with me. And her attitude made it an even more overwhelming horrible experience for me. She obviously hates her job. And I called and complained and will continue to do so. You would think for the amount of service I pay for they would pick better people. Especially to be managers. I’ve never had a problem at this location and it’s my first time dealing with her. Worst experience by far. Then I spoke to the GM all he did was give a nonchalant apology. Other than these two the store is usually great to me.

During a recent solo trip out of town, I lost my phone. To make things worse, I was attending my 50th high school reunion. The evening before my reunion I had plans to meet my sister, who I hadn't seen in a few years, for dinner. We both showed up at the restaurant but couldn't find each other. And of course we couldn't communicate because I had no phone! In a panic, the next morning I walked to Verizon and purchased a new phone. My agent was so thoughtful and helpful! I am not a techie, so he set everything up for me, making sure my contacts were transferred. Thank goodness, because I needed a cell to find the location of the reunion and the wine and charcuterie party the following day. With my new phone I was able to contact Lyft and old friends for rides. I am most thankful to Verizon.

i was trying to buy 4 iphones today; the guy who was "helped" me, was so rude, not polite. i don't know his name; sunglasses, about 60 years old hispanic/american. his answers about my concerns and my doubts was so bad. never going back to this location. i just stayed in here 5 minutes. thanks to this kind of service, other companies growing up. en esta tienda en particular hay un trabajador, chicano, de unos 60 años, usa lentes y tiene barba... que piensa que nos está haciendo el favor. comencé hablando en inglés, y cuando le hablé a spanish, comenzó a tratarme mal. ni siquiera le importo que iba por 4 nuevas líneas y 4 celulares. mucho cuidado
