This is a horrible store. The salesman Akram is a slimy, dishonest salesperson. Everything he offers ask how much it is and are there any additional fees or monthly fees associated. He will try to trick you. This is not a corporate store so any issues you have Verizon corporate will not be able to help you and the store will not be able to help you. I am so angry that I am now stuck with Verizon for 3 years. I will be switching as soon as I possible can.

Horrible service! Was told by same person in store that deals online are same in store and then later in same conversation he said he couldnt give us the deal online and would not try and do anything to make it happen. Horrible horrible customer service and just rude all together. Didn't want to be with verizon after interavtion in this store. Make sure you go to a corporate store!! This is a third party dealer not actually Verizon corporate.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Verizon store. I drove 250 miles to this location based on the information that the iPhone 16 Pro Max 512GB was in stock and available for pickup. Upon arriving, a staff member confirmed the device was available, and I was told to wait. I patiently waited for over an hour, only to be informed later that the device was actually not in stock. This level of disorganization and lack of competence is completely unacceptable.
What’s even worse, the staff member I interacted with didn’t bother to check the availability of the phone right away. Instead, they left me waiting unnecessarily, wasting my time and disrupting my schedule. As a result, I lost hours of my day due to their poor communication and unprofessional handling of the situation.
This experience has made me question whether I can trust Verizon’s service in the future. I hope this feedback helps improve how customers are treated at this location. At the very least, staff should ensure they check inventory properly and communicate promptly to avoid inconveniencing customers.

Diego is an excellent host to represent Verizon. Polite, calm totally businessfied if that's a word. Not to say I stared him down but I did. After 20+ years I was totally frustrated.

Verizon will steal from your account if you leave them. The day you leave they block access to your account and charge you for phone you own and brought to the service with you. Don’t use Verizon. They make you go to the corporate office to get your money returned and won’t let you in your account the day you leave. So turn off auto pay before changing companies.

I had the worst experience at a cell phone technology store. When I arrived, the service provider was already yelling at the customer before me. Even though I bought a new phone, I was surprised with hidden fees. By the time I left the store, they were still yelling. Maybe they were having a bad day, but I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere for your electronic devices.
