First of all, let me say that this is the cleanest most organized store I've ever been to. Secondly the customer service is outstanding. Lizzy helped my family and I get the best phones, accessories and home internet for pennies on the dollar. She actually helped us spend less and get more. I couldn't be more grateful for the deal we recieved. I'll never use another Verizon store for anything else. Thank you Lizzy!!

I have a wonderful experience at this Verizon store. Lizzy is awesome she was extremely patient with my son and myself and knowledgeable about the products. Her commitment to detail and customer service should not go overlooked. The store was also cleaned I highly recommend anyone looking for a phone or mobile device to visit this location.

Worst customer service, it's better to go to the actual verizon store. A run around about getting my credit. Calling is even worse if possible.

They don't take cash as payment in full. Went back and heard them making fun of the guy who wanted to pay with cash.
Terrible treatment and pointed humiliation for wanting to pay with cash is a horrible business practice.
Management take note of how terrible your staff treated a customer
Never ever going back. Recommend visitors don't bother here.

Terrible experience. Hidden price gouging. False claims regarding data migration. Underhanded tactics and suspiciously requesting personal information. Zero pricing information shown on the floor - check for yourself. This is not a true Verizon store. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

Best interaction I've had with Verizon yet. The employees were courteous and knowledgeable and took the time to listen to me needs and help me find something that worked for me. I had brought my device to be set up and even though I was sold the wrong phone (prepaid vs. Postpaid) at a different location they helped me know what to do next. This interaction honestly saved my opinion of verizon.

I returned the Samsung S24 within the 30 days that Verizon gives us but its been two months and They Verizon( VICTRA has not retuned the phone to them. I gave it to the manager myself. They are not to be trusted. The Anthem store manager disconnected one of our Verizon phone lines with telling us. That's how I ended up at the Victra store at 34640 N Vly Pway. The so called Managers, manager. After 22 years with VZ you should get better service and trust. Not sure what they are trying to pulling but one star is to much. I will fight this and go to court if i have to. BH

We were fortunate to have Dalton take care of us on our visit to the Tramonto location! He is knowledgable, patient, and went to great lengths to provide us with exactly what we needed. Even when there were a few “hiccups” with our phone’s set up, he was persistent until everything loaded properly. Thank you, Dalton!!
