The absolute worse experience I have ever encountered. Not only did I order a phone 2 months in October, they continued to tell me over and over my phone didn’t arrive to them, yet corporate said they signed for my phone early November. Got a call today 12/15 that my phone was finally in, Hunter M. told me they could waive my taxes and transfer fees because technically I already paid them awaiting a different phone corporate ordered because they kept lying about having my phone. He then transfers my service to the new phone and surprises me with a $45 tax fee. After driving to this location now 4X and corporate 2X AND he originally said I didn’t have to pay anything, I refused to pay that. Then he responded with, don’t worry I will transfer your service back to your old phone. Yet, another lie. I just left the store and not only do I not have a new phone I’ve waited nearly 2 months for, I don’t even have service on my old phone cause he couldn’t get it put back! DO NOT GO HERE. Save time and go to Happy Valley, I will be heading back there for the 3rd time tomorrow.

I had problem with my bill and went to the store on Saturday 11am 10/21There is only one Verizon guy there, and told me he is not the manager and not even from this store and can’t help with my bill with credit. I asked if he can help me by calling Verizon store, and he said even we call them, they won’t be able to help me. Since this is not a Verizon Corporate store, for authorized store u need manager to help you.He told me manger will be back on Monday 10/23, tell me don’t bother customer service he will leave a note for the manager to resolve my case, and if I didn’t hear him by Monday noontime, then come back to to store.Monday10/23, no one call me from Verizon from the store to follow up my case.I came back Monday 10/23 after work at 6:30pm, the door is locked and the store closed at 7:00pm. But no one is at the store, it is locked. My auto pay was due 10/24, so my bill is being charge incorrectly, and if I choose not to pay it, I will violate the auto charge discount.I came back again today 10/24, and I came during noon time.Again there is only one Verizon guy, and I ask for the manager, he said he is not the manager and this location hasn’t have manager for 2 month, and he was also from another store to support.Again he can not help me with my bill, and I told him the guy from Saturday told me since this is not an corporeal store, only manager at the store can help me, and now you tell me there is no manager for the store for the past 2 month, then what should I do.He told me to call customer services.This store is bad, no services, no manager, can’t make decision, can’t help you at all after you become their customer.Very very bad experience, since I just switch to Verizon since August, already first 2 bill were wrong, being over charge by the mistake Verizon made to add a random line to my account and stop a working line that my family is using .

Showed up at 4:30 to a note posted on the door saying back at 4, waited for 15 minutes, no one showed.

Joe is great! Very personable, patient and helpful. Best Verizon experience I’ve ever had. He was the only one working at the store and juggled multiple customers very well.

Stopped in just to see if Verizon would be a better choice. Had the same plan with AT&T since the day the iPhone was released in 2007. Since then what I paid per month more than doubled with little to no change in service performance. Within 30 seconds Joe not only sold me a new iPhone 14plus but also saved me over $60 a month with the same plan. And absolutely NONE of the bait and switch used car sales gimmicks AT&T uses on their customers. This is in addition to their worthless customer websites and customer service. Treat us like chumps? No problem. After over 16 straight years GOODBY AT&T.

Dealt with a young man by the name of Saul! He did an excellent jog dealing with a family of 5 doing a transfer from T-mobile! 4hrs worth of work. A+ service and my phone actually works with service now.

Worst experience in retail I’ve ever had. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible communication, cancelled my order for a phone because they said they had a phone I was OK with in stock (iPhone 14 Pro vs pro max) was told they would save it for me until the hold on my transfer was taken care of. Came back and they didn’t have what I was told unless I wanted to pay an additional $500 on top of a trade in. In the meantime I’m still on my current provider so I have 2 cell phone bills. Will be staying with my current provider as it doesn’t seem they really care.
