Biggest mistake I ever made was moving away from Tmobile. Verizon absolutely sucks. Dead spots, slower data and my monthly bill has never been correct.This particular store applied all my promotions incorrectly and I've spent months trying to correct it...still no success. STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON

I’m really not happy with the service I’ve received going to the store multiple times.I added a line to a family plan and wanted to trade in a device and move from ATAT. Brandon or badger ordered the wrong device for me and thats where the issues started. He never took the time to confirm that he had ordered the wrong phone. I was upset when I waited all day for ups to come and deliver a iPhone 15 pro instead of a pro max.I tried going back to this store the day of to fix the issue and the rep told me to use the wrong phone they had sent while I waited for the new one. He had no idea that I would have to return this phone in order to exchange for a replacement. He also went on and on about how I would have to pay for a restocking fee even though I didn’t order the phone.I spent 3 hours today on the phone with Verizon and they didn’t bother to check if my old iPhone 12 was carrier locked to atat or not. I was without cell phone service for 2 hours and I had to have someone else call in and fix the issue with me. I was never told I needed to remove my old atat SIM card or unlock my phone to make it work with Verizon.I’m not even at the end of this journey yet. Today Verizon couldn’t send me a return label so I have to wait for them to hopefully send a return box I can return the iPhone 15 pro. This was an insane amount of work to recover from a mistake that a Verizon rep made.I am only leaving two stars because the reps were friendly when I arrived. Clearly the knowledge at this store is limited and I am not considering departing from Verizon before I even got the chance to use them.

I wish I can give zero , one star is really a lot for your bad service. I came into the store couple days ago. I was there for about 15 minutes. No one bothered to say how may I help you. I tried really hard to get attention of one of you, but no one ever looked at me. I'm surprised you're still in business guys. The Dollar Store has a better customer services than you.

When it works, it is consistent and over 60mbps for 5g home internet. So far it has failed once and it will not connect to the internet at all. 2weeks and 1 catastrophic failure. I will reset router and hopefully it will work. Messaging them is also a nightmare.

Don was absolutely so helpful in giving me the best advice for a new phone. Obviously, prices have increased ten-fold for every purchase nowadays and he was very helpful in advising us in the right monetarial direction. well done.

I signed up for Verizon months ago. I was lied to by the representative there to wait a couple bill cycles for my veteran status to go through and it never applied to my account. I had to contact customer service online to make sure it was validated.

This is one of the better Verizon locations. There is usually a wait but not as bad as other locations in the Valley. I typically do all of my research before visiting the store, which helps me get in, ask any additional questions I couldn't get answers to online, make my purchase and head home. This location tends to have decent inventory and usually has the specific device and color I'm looking for. The staff is knowledgeable about the product and can assist with device setup as well.

BEWARE! Has this happened to anyone else?I had to file a police report following a visit to this Verizon store back on 8/12/22. I went into the store to update my son's phone. The rep suggested a plan change allowing me to update my son's device while my monthly rate would actually go down a little bit.We completed two transactions - one for the plan change and another for an updated device for my son. A couple of months later, when contacting Verizon to add a 4th line to my account, I learned there was already a 4th (unknown) line on my account. I was advised to call Verizon Fraud. I also suspended the unknown phone line for 90 days.Ultimately, Verizon Fraud told me they could not determine fraud since the unknown phone line and device were added to my account on the same day I was in the store back on 8/12/22. I was told to work it out with the store. I returned to this store (on a Sat) and explained my story to the rep who spent 30-60 minutes in the backroom "researching". When the Verizon rep came back out he explained there was a 3rd (unknown to me) transaction fairly quickly following my 2 requested transactions. He explained there was an error (transaction was unintentional) and a manager would be contacting me in a couple of business days to correct and reverse charges.I never received a callback and returned to this store a couple Sat's later. There appeared to be no record of my visit weeks earlier. Also, after another hour-plus, I was advised the unknown 3rd transaction was not in error (i.e. it was deliberate ). I was again advised to contact Verizon Fraud who suggested I file a police report.So far, nobody from Verizon has been able to help me. I've been paying for an extra (unknown) line for 8+ months and I can't drop the line because I'll be responsible for immediately paying off the device that I've never seen and never authorized. I'm so frustrated with Verizon and this problem that originated at this store.

Although knowledgeable employees the lack of actual representatives here makes this place a drag. I waited for 20 minutes while the employee and another customer were talking about the housing market. Paying my phone bill because they’re lazy and haven’t turned on the machines shouldn’t take a half of a hour. I’m super frustrated that you guys would pull this but not surprised coming from a corporate business

Truly astonishing, the level of incompetence and lack of knowledge at this location. How this place remains part of the Verizon name is truly mind boggling. Hopefully, they see an investigation soon.
